I purchased these at Sally’s (they were a new product, so the clerk couldn’t give me much of an opinion about them) for my halloween costume on Saturday. They were a lot cheaper than I expected (about $5 CAD).
They don’t come with glue, they instead come attached to these clear plastic applicators and they have the adhesive already on them, and you just press the lash to your eyelid and voila – lash is on. And it’s great. I was able to take it off and adjust it to the left a little (I don’t think I’d chance removing it any more than that lest you ruin the adhesive and need to glue it) and it still stuck. I found it a bit long so I trimmed the inside end, because it was uncomfortable to blink. Afterward it was fine, and I wore them all night. They stayed perfectly, I applied mascara to them, they looked fantastic!
I would definitely buy these again. I might even get some next time I’m at Sally’s just to have on hand. I’ve never once before in my life ever worn fake lashes, because I’ve never gotten them on properly. This is a first for me. So.. totally worth it.
Remember though, I don’t have a ton of experience with lashes, but these are the first of 5 I’ve tried over the years to work for me =)
