This may seem silly to review this product, but it’s really kind of neat. I bought it recently at Ulta during the Spring Haul Event for under $5. I make homemade masks on a regular basis and just usually use a designated bowl and my fingers to apply. I was looking for something that I could easily store and use. This kit is basic, but so nice. The bowl is not large, but has ample room to mix a mask for one application – meaning, you won’t spill it all over the place when you are mixing. It is also sturdy and rectangular, not round, so it’s easy to hold. The brush that comes with it is very soft, man-made fibers, and the bristles are dense. The separate mixing wand is nice because you don’t have to use the end of the brush. And it all comes together in a lidded compact for easy storage, or you can blend a mask then clip the lid on and save it in the refrigerator. My only complaint is that it’s not dishwasher safe.
