After reading some many great reviews on this mask, I tried it for the first time tonight and I have to say it’s really hydrating and does make my skin feel firmer. The downside is that after a few hours my face looks a bit yellow like as if something has oxidised!
One great thing about the mask is that it comes in 2 pieces – top and bottom – with a different formula on each part that is designed to address ageing and sagging skin. The smell of the mask is really nice – really refreshing. When you open it, the sheet mask is saturated in serum and the feel of the mask is beautiful and soft and can be stretched a little to fully cover every inch of the face. The instructions are to leave it on for 20 minutes and then peel off and massage any remaining serum into the face, no need to wash off. My face was still quite damp from the serum so I used my moisturiser afterwards to help absorb it into my skin.
I would definitely purchase it again as I love sheet mask treatments (AUD$190 for 6, about $31 per mask) but I’m looking to try a few other masks including the La Mer hydrating facial mask to see which one is better.
