   I really like how this mask does not dry out when it is applied to the face. I use it for 15 minutes after cleansing and toning and then I rinse it off with water. It is not supposed to rinse off completely and I like how it feels like it is hydrating even when it is rinsed off. I moisturize after using this product and love the effect it gives my face, plumped, cold (in a good way), and fresh. Go to winter product 🙂

   This product is slightly hydrating, but not enough for my skin. I have dry skin that is often dehydrated. I’ve used this a number of ways at home – as a mask for 10-15 minutes as instructed, for an hour or more in the evening, and even overnight. I didn’t notice any impacts which surpassed my regular moisturizer.

   I do like this for flights. My dry skin often gets even more dry on flights. I layer my regular skin care, use a heavy moisturizer and after all those products sink in, I then use a thick layer of this mask and let it dry. Since it’s translucent, I can go barefaced, but it also sits well under makeup. It has helped calm flight-parched skin.

   I’ve used up a full tube and will not repurchase because it just didn’t do enough. For the price, I can purchase products that work better with my skin.

   I’ve been a fan of Dermalogica for years, but never a die-hard one because of the price tag. Generally I’ll scoop up samples & travel sized options before laying down $50+ on a product– which is how I fell in love with this Masque. My skin was horribly parched from this winter, so I gave it a go. The recommended time is 15-20 minutes, but I read a lot of people left it on overnight for additional hydration, so I did that. Once rinsed, the results were immediate and very obvious– my skin looked brand new and so smooth, like I’d just had an amazing facial. It reduced redness (though while it was on my skin was alarmingly red at first– but that faded) and seemed to smooth out my pores. I’ve since used it for the recommended times and have seen amazing results with that as well. Definitely worth a shot– get a travel sized option on amazon and give it a whirl. Love it.

   This mask is gentle and soothing and temporarily boosts moisture in my skin. It does have a bit of cucumber-melon fragrance, but it is subtle and doesn’t irritate my skin or my nose. However, I just don’t see the point in using this product as long as my daily routine is keeping my skin balanced and hydrated.

   LOVE THIS!!! I put it on at night and my skin is always clearer, softer and a more even skin tone.

   I used this when I was flying to australia – 34 hours travelling and when I landed my skin looked better than it ever has. Normally I break out and land looking greasy and covered in spots. Plus it’s see through so no one knows your wearing a face mask!!!!

   I really disliked this product.

   It felt nice going on, and I appreciated the lack of a strong smell.

   BUT, I found it difficult to rinse off and did not like the way my skin felt. It actually felt dirty. About 10 minutes after removing the masque I had to wash my face with my regular cleanser. Never again.

   This is a fabulous mask. I put it on and wash it off at night and when I wake up the next morning my skin feels heavenly! It hydrates and plumps. Gorgeous!

   I’m sorry Dermalogica Gentle Cream Exfoliant.. But, I like this better, a lot better. From the smell, I like it, it smells like herbs… It absorbed quickly in 10 minutes… A little bit oily feeling after rinsing it though. I’m on my BP regimen and to be honest, gentle cream exfoliant was PROBABLY the reason of my one or two pimples the very next day of application. So, I like this better since it doesn’t damage my skin in any way. I also use Dermalogica active moist, special cleansing gel and the daily microfoliant (for traveling only).

    The first time I tired this product was on a long distance flight with a total of 22 hours in the air. I have combination skin, and get really dry in areas on my skin when flying. I got a tester for this product, and decided to try it on the flight as I was gonna be sleeping and they told me it was transparent. So I got on the flight and removed my makeup and applied the cream all over my face. I was a little unsure if I should leave it on while I was sleeping, because in another review someone said that it would dry out your skin if left on for too long, whilst others have argued that they leave it on at night and get good results this way. I decided to leave it on as I don´t usually have problems with overall dryness. I was surprised how smooth the cream was, and I liked that it didn´t feel heavy on my skin. The fact that it is transparent makes it possible to not look silly while sitting next to strangers on the plane (I fly long distance several times a year).

    While having the mask on, I felt it was a protective barrier on my skin, and it felt amazing because I could really feel the hydrating effect in the mask. Since I dry out a lot on the plane, I could really feel the difference, and it felt amazing. When I woke up after 8 hours or so, I decided to wash it off because I was very curious how my skin would feel. I removed it with makeup wipes as this was the only thing I had at hand in my seat. I can honestly say that my skin was SO smooth and it really did what it is said to do, hydrate!! I put on a moisturiser and I couldn´t stop feeling my skin, because I have never tried a product that made my skin feel this way. Once I got off the flight and went into the city, the first thing I did was to purchase a full size of this product, and hope that it will continue to work well on my skin. I am optimistic, because if it can fight the cabin dryness, I am sure it will do well when my skin is more normal as well. It cost a little bit more than what I usually care to spend on any product, but I realise that I benefit from investing a little bit more in products that actually works. I bought this in Australia for AUD55. But when I come to think about it, it is not that expensive considering its recommended to use once or twice a week, so it will last for a while as to if it was for everyday use.

    If you are unsure if to purchase this product, go ask for a couple of tester packs to try on, everyones skin is different, and I can tell by the reviews here on makeupalley that some are really happy with this product, while others do not like it at all. So to make sure you get something that is right for your skin, it´s better to try it out at first.
