Although SK-II sheet masks are still my number one favorite because the effect is so dramatic after one use, that price tags makes it unrealistic for every day use, so I keep searching for a dupe. These and the Keana Nadeshiko Rice Masks are the closest I have come so far. SKII uses sake yeast extracts and so do these two brands. While I liked the Keana masks, too, I much prefer My Beauty Diary`s Sake Yeast. First off, MBD masks are individually wrapped, which is more hygienic. Keana masks` recommended use is for 5 minutes applications, but I leave them on for 10-15 min. MBD is supposed to be kept on for 20-30 minutes. They have A LOT more serum in the sheet and in the pouch, and I like to keep the pouch serum refrigerated for splashing and massaging my face in the morning. These are so much more hydrating than Keana! Keana is more like a quick fix, MBD is more like a spa treatment, you have to take your time. Definitely seeing an improvement in my skin in terms of hydration and plumpness. My number one for weekly use so far.
