This product is pretty good if you’re looking for something to tighten your skin, brighten and nourish. It makes your skin look fresh and flawless afterwards while making it feel tight. The packaging is relatively easy to use if you choose to buy it in a bottle instead of a one use packet, although it can be hard to remove the remaining product when you get to the last use, but after all, all bottles have that problem. Another negative is that it give a red tint on you skin as though you’re sunburnt but this goes away after a good cleanse.

Peel off masks are my least favorite because I have yet to find one that significantly does something for my skin. This Passion peel off mask has a nice raspberry/mixed fruit scent is easy to apply and peel off. I can’t say that my skin looked or felt any different. I do like a lot of Montagne Jeunesse masks though and will keep on purchasing this brand.

I got this packet in a swap and trying it out to see how it compares to other mask samples. The packaging is fun and exciting – bright and encourages you to try it. The scent is pomegranate & passion fruit – fruity with gel texture. Not easy to apply from packet, but its a packet – they are all the same – it would be better in a tube. The instructions are simple – cleanse, apply, wait 15-20 minutes and then peel off. Jeopardy theme song for 15-20 minutes so I went to do some nail art….off to peel…my husband walked and said, “whoa fake skin? Nope, a mask, haha!” It was actually really easy to peel off and my face felt smooth and clean. Not bad for a cheap drug store peel for $1.50. I would definitely buy again. Thanks for reading!

I brought this mask out of curiosity at Walmart, this mask made my skin feel so good & soft once I removed it.

It smells very nice. Fun to place it on your face. Easy to peel off. That’s about it. Nothing special. I will not repurchase.

This smells quite nice and fruity. I prefer the mango and raspberry one by m.j which smells nicer (I’m not particularly keen on mango but love fruity smells generally) and leaves my face softer. I dont feel this really did anything for my face complexion wise (spots) and didnt leave it feeling soft. It was easy to use and peel off. You can get this in a ‘tottle’ which, if you like it is cheaper than buying them individually. Most of the montagne jeunesse masks you cannot get in a tottle/tube, just individual sachets.

It was fun to peel off, but it didn’t really do anything for me.

Reviewing this separately because all the Montagne Jeunesse masks are so different – it’s annoying to hunt through all the reviews to find the exact flavour you’re looking for!
I bought this face mask on impulse after seeing it in Boots, I’m always looking out for new face masks and this peel-off version was a bit different to anything I’d tried. All Montagne Jeunesse masks can be bought for 99p or less, so they’re all very affordable (and easy to stockpile!).
After thoroughly washing my face with Clarins Pure Melt cleanser, I applied the entire contents of the packet all over my face. The product itself feels jelly-like on application and I’d expected the smell to be fresh and fruity but it wasn’t pleasant, more like expired fruit – needless to say I didn’t enjoy it. Once applied all over I left it for around 20 minutes.
You know the mask is ready to peel off when it feels stiff and dry all over. It’s actually really fun to peel off, like the kind of weird satisfaction you get from peeling off post-sunburn skin. Anyway! It really hurt when I peeled the parts of the mask that were stuck in my eyebrow hairs and a small amount that became stuck in my hairline. Luckily it didn’t rip the hairs out but I wouldn’t recommend putting it anywhere near any kind of hair on or around your face. I couldn’t get out some of the product that was in my hairline so it dried white and flaky, looking like dandruff.
My skin did look a bit clearer and feel softer afterwards, but the less-than-lovely smell and the unexpected eyebrow hair pain means I won’t be rushing back to repurchase this.
