I am a mascara lover. I still refuse to buy the high end mascaras because I’m going to throw it away in a couple of months.
Part of getting older means the eyelashes aren’t as long as they used to be. Volumizing mascara is also a little to heavy and can give me the spider lashes
This mascara gave me long lashes. The formula is thin, gives nice length with one coat. The black is not too dark or harsh. No spider lashes. I also prefer the non plastic brush.
This didn’t clump or flake or smear. It’s a keeper.

Not much to say about this except save your money…didn’t notice a ton of added length, and it was FLAKE city. A huge no for me.

Worse mascara I’ve ever bought. I buy lots of different brands of mascara from $$$-$. It didn’t lengthen and made my lashes look “bla” If Revlon was handing this mascara out for free…. I would say “No Thank you”.

I purchased this mascara hoping that it would seperate and not clump my lashes. For me the formula of this mascara is awesome. My only gripe is the wand: TOO BIG…TOO LONG!!! That’s why I took 1 point off. This mascara formula needs a thin wand. Other than that, formula didn’t smudge and flake. No clumps at all.

Reached for this product after liking Revlon’s lash defining mascara (the purple one in this packaging which I assume is discontinued). The product itself is a good mascara but — and I don’t know if I just got really unlucky — the brush sheds, and that is baaaad. I tried wiping it off with a paper towel, thinking I could purge it of any loose bristles, and every time, more of them came off. Not good for a product I use on my eyes. I had to toss it, unfortunately.

the first batch of this i bought was awesome! the test came when i cried (hysterically) and it stayed in tact! it also made my eyelashes look incredibly long and was easy to build up. im on my second batch now and its not waterproof, smudges WHEN I BLINK and is so much harder to apply – new brush or formula i dont know. really dissapointed since the first time i purchased the mascara it was a dream come true, now its a nightmare!!!! try at your own risk I guess??

So prefer to have a lengthening mascara for natural makeup days. Seeking a replacement for my favorite but sometimes hard to find, COVERGIRL LashExact Mascara in the long thin purple tube.
Bright green colored cap and unique shape make it easy to spot in my mascara stash. Tube shape easy fits into my Trish McEvoy makeup planner for my purse and makeup bathroom vanity organizer.
Defines, lengthens, and extends. The thin tapered brush makes it easy to get mascara on all lashes from base to tips. Not super wet so dries quickly, no clumping when layering, & brush shape minimizes accidentally getting mascara on skin.
I purchased at Walgreens during BOGO 50%. Normal cost is $8.49. Well worth the drugstore cost. Will repurchase during a BOGO.

Ive tried a miriad of mascaras, from drugstore brands to crazy high end brands carried by department stores like Macy’s, norstoms, sax, and the like. None were worth mentioning or worth the prices. This however, is as close to a five as I’ve ever experienced. Mind you, nothing is perfect, so I rarely give 5 lipsticks. I’m a fair skinned redhead. As such, having a lovely natural color of hair, envied by many, it comes along with undesirables, specifically for this post, short, light lashes. Mascara only clumps. But this one is awesome! No clumps after two applications and it did lengthen my measly lashes. Highly recommended. It appears that the technology may be a combination of mascara and fibers. My only complaint, which applies to all mascaras, is I wish they would bother to make shades suited to redheads. True Brown, auburn, or similar.

I love this mascara! It works fabulously for me. I have very long, straight eyelashes. With a curler and this mascara my eyelashes look like something you’d have to glue on. I bought the waterproof formula and have no troubles smudging. Currently this is my favorite mascara, I would buy this over and over again.
