There isn’t anything that makes your eyelashes curl. The number one Mascara smudges and smears but the number 2 Mascara is great. It makes my lashes thick and doesn’t uncurl my lashes. (It’s water proof)

great mascara but god damn near impossible to get off! i literally have not been able to remove with water, micellar water or cleanser!ive had it on for four days whilst trying to break down the product w my normal make up removal. have not needed to re apply as no luck getting it off. brought an eye makeup remover hoping to get i can get it off today

I was very excited to get my hands on this mascara, as I usually love CoverGirl mascara. However I was semi-disappointed in the mascara, particularly the second end.
I loved the first end of the mascara, that is used to prep your eyelashes and separate them, in preparation for the second end. I don’t like to wear heavy mascara on my bottom lashes, and I found that this end of the mascara was great for my lower lashes, as it coated them enough to be nice and noticeable, but didn’t make them look super dark, or over powering to the rest of my eye make up.
The second end of the mascara was very disappointing, as I found that it was very clumpy, and didn’t grab onto my lashes at all. It just didn’t give me that wow factor that other CoverGirl mascaras typically do. Also, I found that it caked heavily on the outer lashes, and tended to clump up the most in this area, and for me personally, I like for the outer lashes to be the most defined. Lastly I found that it almost came off too easy, which is very odd. Yes I know it is not a water proof mascara, but I’ve always found that other CoverGirl mascaras can withstand a few tears being shed, or a light mist hitting, and stay in tact, but with this one in particular, it was almost like one rain drop would make me look like a drowned rat.
All that being said, I was unimpressed with the second side, although I did love the first side. If the first side were a mascara on its own I would repurchase it, however the mascara is too pricey to only be using half of it.

didn’t work that well for me. I wouldn’t buy it again, but I was surprised because cover girl normally has good mascara a that work for me

Best mascara I’ve ever used. I have about 20+ mascaras and this is probably my number 1. I can’t believe anyone could write a bad review on it, I wish it worked as well for everyone as it does for me. As for the people saying it’s hard to remove, I personally, have no difficulty whatsoever when it comes to taking it off. Just use an eye makeup remover (I use Maybelline’s Waterproof Eye & Lip Make Up Remover) and it comes off easily.

That is very true! I opened the packaging to find a beautiful pink (bonus because i love pink) cylinder. it had to tubes where the first one boosts your eyelashes and the second is a top coat (which i find very effective on my almost invisible lower lashes). The first wand gave me very nice, not too clumpy long eyelashes, and the second one boosted it. I finished it with an with my elf cosmetics eyelash comb to comb clumps away, but I would say this is my must have product!

I bought this in the waterproof formula on my last visit to Ulta. I recently got over an eye infection and had to throw out all my other mascaras and figured this would be a good time to try something new. I also had a $10 coupon that I received for my birthday so why not?
Let me start off by saying that I have short, straight lashes. The lashes on my left eye are so straight they pretty much stick straight down. Eyelash curlers don’t help and only make them go every which way but up. I use waterproof formulas because I have allergies and my eyes are always watering.
So far I’m really liking this mascara. The curled brush is easy to use and I did see a difference in my lashes. I wouldn’t go as far as to say that it made my lashes really curled but it made my straight lashes not stick down. The intensify side made my lashes appear very dark with a good amount of volume. The staying power is amazing! Just soap and water won’t take it off. In fact, it says right on the package to use an oil-based makeup remover. Since I almost always use a waterproof mascara I have a good remover so it was no problem to take off.
The only draw back is in the design of the actual tube itself. If you’re used to the thinner tubes then this will feel a bit awkward in your hand. It wouldn’t deter me from buying it again though.

*Easy removal- Wash your face first, so that your lashes are damp. Pour baby oil onto a baby wipe, and it slides right off 🙂 The primer brush on this is the same as the lash blast, which is rather large, imo. The mascara itself, however is very different. It is thin, and stretches the lashes a bit more. Two coats of this, then the 2nd step work well for me.
