I like many of BE’s brushes. This tapered shadow brush is just perfect for me to apply eye shadow the crease area of the lid. The brush is small, has soft bristles that do not shed and is not “scratchy” on my lid area.

gues im the only one who hates this brush!
i was suckered into buying this, the SA told me it would give me better results o my new mineral eyeshadow.
anyhoo, i got this and when i used it, my eyes were crying out for help its the scratchiest brush i have ever used! seriously my eyes were watering and i wanted to cry.
i went back the next day and the woman who sold me the brush wasnt there, it was a different woman. Any she insisted on showing me how to use the brush. she did my eye shadow and then went onto doing the well rested thingymajig under my eye, and it was painful!!! seriously i was like a torture, iwould hae told her anything nd everything just to save my life!

Nothing too spectacular, just a good shadow brush. It always feels soft on my eyes and places a good amount of product.

This is a pretty good eyeshadow brush. Like some of BE brushes, don’t care for their eyeshadows personally. It’s nice and small enough to do small areas. It is very soft and after many washes, it’s still like new and no fall out. It’s made of pony & goat’s hair, which I don’t care for personally, but I’m not deducting any lippies for that. I’m not raving about this brush, since to me, it picks up way too much eyeshadow at times and their is some major fallout whenever I use this, whether I sweep eyeshadow on or pat it on. This was a gift and I have to say I would never purchase this on it’s own. I have a smallish lid so I was hoping this would work, but I’ve used much better brushes, on the higher end scale and drugstore brushes that work just as good or better than this.

Bare escentuals makes some really nice brushes. Have a black handle and soft bristles. No shedding and works well with minerals. The Tapered Shadow brush is a thin flat rounded bristles of medium length. Nice for depositing lid color. The head is kinda small for all over the lid application. I like it to get more color in a certain area. Retails for $14. Also good to smudge out liner thats too thick.

The Bare Escentuals Tapered Shadow Brush is great! It is a high-quality, long-handled brush that doesn’t shed its bristles. It’s perfect for use with any of the Bare Escentuals Eyeshadows, Glimpse and Glimmers and puts just the right amount of shadow on your lid, smoothly and evenly.

I love this brush! It is wonderful for precise crease work or for applying BE liner shadows dry(I much prefer the BE eyeliner brush when applying wet).
It is a long handled brush with tightly bound bristles that are tapered on each side…A great brush!

I *love* this brush. It’s a long handled brush with a small head of tapered bristles. I use it to apply eyeshadow all over since I just ‘have’ to be precise. I also use it wet to line, and to smudge shadow underneath. Skinny handle makes it susceptible to breaking in half when stepped on so don’t do that…;)
