I deleted my first review which was an Epic Failure, and after working and making Adjustments more with this Product I am getting a different result. Firstly, The Title says POREFECTION Foundation so I am expecting Full Coverage, Goodbye Pores type of Product. It advertises Medium to Full Coverage so they have that Part Wrong.
Product comes in a Pump which I always Need Pumps For Foundation.
My first Application was Horrifying. I used a Primer and a Beauty Blender and just didn’t get Full Coverage Results. It actually soaked into my Blender and Applied so greasy and my face looked an Oily Mess. I was mad at the money I Spent.
My second application was a better experience. I used a Good Primer, pumped it into a foundation brush instead of the Blender and Blended it out in Circular motions. I got no Streaks and it was very easy to Blend. It is still on the oily Side so I had to tame it down with Loose Setting Powder to Soak up the Oil and used a Spray Primer.
NOW my face looks Great!
I would still say this gives Medium Coverage and is very Oily so you do have to play around with other Products to make this work the Best as it did not for me the first time.
I’m not mad at it but would not purchase it again. For the Price Point, there are alot better Foundations out there for People with Porous Skin…

This broke me face out worse then it has ever been! I will be 30 and I look worse then what I did in high school! I kept using it because I thought maybe it was something else. But this has to be it!

This foundation is EVERYTHING, that I have been needing and looking for. I have been running around with horrible foundation for me, on my face, that I had purchased for 45.00 from Paula’s Choice. I was looking desperately for something that would look decent. I ordered an expensive foundation (40.00) from Prescriptives online. The result was another foundation that was definitely NOT made for me. In desperation I stopped at an Estée Lauder counter, and purchased an expensive foundation there (another 45.00, only that one I was able to return, thankfully). That looked worse on me than the awful one I was already wearing. It showed every wrinkle, every crease! Ugh!
The name Lorac kept coming up online, while I was spending hours on websites. The makeup got very good reviews on most websites. Especially from people in my age bracket (55-60). I was skeptical about ordering online, so…..I didn’t order it.
I recently came across it at Kohl’s for 38.00 (coupons don’t apply toward professional products at Kohls), and was I “Wowed” from the first application!! The foundation simply seems to become one with your skin! It doesn’t look like you’re wearing makeup at all! I have aging and sensitive skin. The makeup is made for all skin types, including sensitive skin!
This stuff is a miracle for me. After all of the money I have spent, I FINALLY found my forever makeup. They are never allowed to discontinue this, ever! Lol I took a stab at the color PR6, and it was spot on. It’s a makeup that doesn’t look “made up”. It’s a miracle. I’m so happy!! I missed telling you something so important…..with this foundation in my face, I can look into a 10x magnification mirror, and it looks fabulous!! THAT is a very big deal! 🙂

I always mix my foundation with my moisturizer, so maybe that’s why I don’t get the low rating for this product.
I have this and Lorac’s natural performance foundation, and love both in their own rights.
I use this on days I want more coverage. When mixed with moisturizer, it gives a medium coverage in comparison to the Lorac’s Natural Performance’s light coverage. It still manages to look like skin though.
I love the hygienic pump packaging, and that you can see how much product is left.
I also like knowing it has spf in it, but some people may not like this due to flashback.
I have very sensitive and pale skin, and the lightest shades matches perfectly and it’s never broken me out.
My negatives for the product is price and sunscreen smell. It smells exactly like sunscreen, but seems to dissipate after a while. I also think cheaper foundations/tinted moisturizers perform just as well in terms of coverage. However, I do reach for this when I want to look my “best”, which says something for the product.
Overall, I would recommend trying a sample.

I wanted to love this foundation since the color match looked so natural. However because I am an oily skinned babe it just slides off everywhere and makes me look like a lightbulb despite primer, powder, and rice sheet blotting. Going to try with a different primer because I don’t want to deal with the hassle of returning it but all in all THIS IS NOT FOR OILY SKIN. If you are dry as the desert then this might work for you.

I’m so mad I bought this. The price is ridiculous for a product that is so horrible. In fact, I think this foundation makes my pores look Way more noticable, and it looks extremely cakey. Also, the lightest color is far too dark for my fair complexion, it’s like NOTICEABLY orange. The product also seems to accentuate dry spots, blemishes, and any little texture you may have on your face. I tried so many different applications, I tried a dry beauty blender, a damp blender, a brush, my fingers, with and without primer and powder, and its just AWFUL. Horrible product.

Yuck! I have pretty normal skin and love it when I first put it on but after a few hrs it doesn’t look as good… I normally don’t put too much product on my face anyway but it seems to disappear… I tried using a face primer and it held better but made my oily after a while… took it back, not worth the hassle or price…

ive read other reviews that said it works best for drier skin; maybe that’s my problem as I’m kinda oily. It just kind of seems to wanna gather in one spot. Idk. I don’t usually use primers Bc my face hates them but if I’m gonna spend a bunch of money on foundation I think it should still do ok w/o primer. Especially if I’m not going for longevity. It just looked patchy on me. It’s the weirdest thing. Like I just spackled it on. But seriously I worked to blend it. And as time went on it just seemed to gather up more, especially by my nose. I even set it w tartes translucent powder. The packaging is great tho! Love the airless pump. I think it’s me but every time I go back it does the same hijinx. Be it warm or cool.

I absolutely LOVE this foundation. I have combination skin and larger pores and was running into issues with finding the perfect foundation, and I am not afraid to drop some cash if its good. I really loved how the luminous sat on my face and didnt show my pores…however, would be very greasy within a few hours and had to powder constantly…the matte foundation would keep me mattified and lasted longer but it would show EVERY line, wrinkle, and pore on my face! UGH talk about frustration.
I had a coupon to Kohls and started messing around with the Lorac foundation on the back of my hand…it felt so smooth and creamy and set fast. I put it on my face and shopped for about 45 minutes, which is usually a good time frame to let me know if it will work, BINGO!!
Today is the first day I have had it on and so far so good! I sell RVs so I am outside all day and have been outside running around all morning. Powdered once just by habit! I think i have found my foundation!!! YAYAYAYAYAY

I really like this foundation. It has a medium to full coverage that I like but can also be sheered out when used with a beauty sponge. I use the Quo one from Shoppers. It lasts all day long without touch-ups. It does need a powder over top. The only place I notice where it gets sketchy during the day is under the nosepads of my glasses. The bottle is genius – as you pump more out the bottom moves up so you’re sure to use every last drop in the bottle. It has a nice scent which quickly disappears once applied.
