It blended in perfect with my random skin color (C6) blue. Very light, didnt look caky. Didnt make my skin breakout either. Price was fair for how good it worked. I just wish the packaging was different so i could access it better whenbgetting low and maybe get more product in the bottle. So many other foundations come with so much more product, i dont know why they skimped on this one. Please bring it back. I know it was good because my husband complimented me about it, which means he noticed it beautifying my already beautiful face. No warning or nothing, just gone! please bring it back!!

This was the first real foundation that I started using when I was in 7th grade. I still don’t know why I used this stuff lol. I used a shade that was WAY too dark for my fair skin tone. But I didn’t know much about makeup back then so I don’t feel too bad. I remember not liking this that much though. No matter where I went to buy this, there was only 1 or 2 shades and that was it. This stuff dried super matte to the point that it was too drying. It never looked flattering and I wish I never bought it back then.

why must they always discontinue all the stuff I love? ????
this was such a good foundation, perfect shade match, lightweight, perfect coverage range too. it could be sheer or full (me) or a good solid medium for most.
this kept me shine-free all day without being flat.
please bring this back, or come out with another similar to this

I generally steer clear of drugstore foundations because I’ve yet to find one that is comparable to those released by high end lines. I also tend to steer clear of L’Oreal because the majority of their makeup are a total miss for me. They either break me out or simply don’t match my skintone well. However, I recently saw this foundation at one of my local dollar stores and figured, what the hell. The store had literally hundreds of bottles of this stuff (which lead to believe it had been discontinued which is true) so I was able to get a few different bottles of varying shades. Thankfully, I found a very good match – True Beige.
When this foundation was first released, I was interested in it because it is similar to my once beloved Erno Lazslo foundation Shake It. I was very tempted to try that, but the price tag didn’t exactly scream “take a chance!”. For whatever reason, I never got around to trying it. Likely because I have the attention span of a gnat and got distracted by another product or because I scoffed at the price (I believe this retailed for something like $13). I’m not a big fan of matte foundations anyway as my skin tends to be dry and I like a more dewy look. As such, this isn’t my “main” foundation. This is my I’m-running-to-the-store-but-still-don’t-want-to-look-like-a-corpse foundation. Just something quick and easy to throw on to look somewhat presentable.
The first time I wore this, I noticed how thin it is. It doesn’t take much foundation for me to look weird and chalky, so I’ve learned initially smooth on a small amount. I had trouble getting decent coverage with my normal amount so I did have to use more than usual. I didn’t end up looking weird or chalky, but it was definitely matte. I’ve worn this foundation a few more times and the results are adequate. I would never use it on a “real” day because of the finish, but it does improve my appearance enough that I don’t look dead. If I had to compare to anything, I would say it is on par with an American BB cream – decent enough coverage, but not enough to make you look stunning.
As this foundation is now discontinued, finding it may be difficult. Reading other reviews, it appears that any leftovers ended up at dollar stores which is always great for us beauty junkies. If you’re looking for an “off day” sort of foundation and can find this for a buck, I would recommend grabbing a bottle or two.

I found this product on a whim at the 99 cent only store. For only 99 cents i figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it & when i did i really fell in love with it. It went on smoothly, dried to a powdery finish, & covered well enough but looked natural at the same time and i apply it with a flat top kabuki brush in a stippling motion. i don’t need to set it heavily like i usually do with my other liquid foundations, just a very light dusting if i am going to be out and about in it for a few hours. Anytime i wear this foundation i get complimented on how healthy & dewy my skin looks (even my husband noticed!!). I am really sad this is discontinued from what i see here but luckily i stocked up on them at 99 cent store and purchased 10 bottles so i should be set for a while! I am in the color 326 True Beige.

I love it. ITS lightweight and Matt. Only downside, is that it doesn’t last an entire workday

although L’Oréal is limited on color shades 332 Soft Sable works fine for me. And for $4.80 @ Big Lots, a nice addition to my collection.
Product is very watery and can get messy when using. Best application is with fingers as directed. I feel it has a middle coverage and holds pretty fair with little transfer unless you use a lot.
Overall I really do like this for casual daily use.
** I dip a Qtip into the bottle to reduce splash and spills.

This is my absolute favorite foundation, and I actually didn’t realize it was until I noticed that it may be discontinued as no stores sell it anymore (even online) and I practically had a meltdown. I know that the Maybelline dream wonder fluid foundation is fairly similar in the drugstore world, but the Maybelline ones pull slightly more pink, they sink in my pores more, and they’re not as matte as the L’oreal one.
So onto why I love this foundation so much. I’m SO SO SO SO ridiculously oily, even after the fact that it’s much less oily than it used to be but still finding a good foundation is a challenge. I usually use the L’oreal infallible for my full face looks, but for an every day look because this stuff is so light feeling and and light coverage, I love it. Some people don’t like the silicone-like feel but I love how smoothly it goes on my gigantic pores and blurs them out and doesn’t sink into them.
It’s very liquidy and but I don’t have any issues with application. I just press the top of my hand and flip the bottle over, since my hand is pressed tightly to it, only a little comes out so I’ve never had any spills or messiness issues. Plus It’s ridiculously quick and easy to blend which is great when I’m in a rush. It feels so smooth; I can use my fingers or a stippling brush and it comes out flawless.
However if you have a blemish or a dry patch, I don’t think this foundation will be your friend, so I get why a lot of people are not fond of it. But I don’t have problematic skin that I want to cover I really just want a light veil, if that makes sense. This is perfect, it surprisingly stays matte for about 6ish hours which is a lot for my skin mixed with hot humid Florida. And when it starts to get dewy it looks nice, the foundation doesn’t break up and look gross, it just looks natural. My friend even complimented how “glowy” and healthy my skin looked the first time I wore it around her. Like I said this is a very natural, sheer, foundation, not for problematic or dry skin but it for my oily skin and big pores it’s just right.

Love this foundation for everyday wear! It’s lightweight and natural looking. Best of all is application. Each day I look forward to applying it on my skin. It glides on the skin and feels so soft!! Will repurchase.

i got on clearance at my local walmart. ($5.48) the original price was $10.98.
first of all, when you open the bottle, the only thing i could smell was the alcohol. disgusting. it does cover up well for me though. its very lightweight & gives you that “no makeup” feel & look. color range selection is good as well as the packaging is sort of cute & simple. the only thing i hated was that it dries too fast & made me breakout like super crazy. plus the smell of alcohol just killed it. 🙁
