I use this in shade 2.0 Naturel. It is just lovely. I use Hydrance Optimale UV Light underneath and it works wonders. My skin feels soft and looks fresh all day long. It doesn’t become cakey, leaves a semi matte finish, which I like to powder with LRP teint mineral powder. It doesn’t slide or shift, finally found my HG foundation. I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, this was far too drying for my mixed dehydrated skin. That’s the only bad thing about it.
If you don’t have dry or dehydrated skin it’s great.
My shade was 2 Natural, nice yellow shade. I’m hm 52.
Coverage is light to medium, buildable.
Fragrance is not too strong.
This is definitely not comedogenic. I think it’s even good for healing acne.
I recommend this to people with normal to oily skin.

I have oily, sensitive and acne prone skin. This is the only foundation that does not make me break out.
I have used this foundation for years, and mix my color using shades Porcelaine and Natural. When my skin is in good condition I occasionally get excited to try some new foundations. And immediately regret as I get pimples on my cheeks and forehead again… The longest I had been using some other foundation was last year when I tried the minerale foundation found from pharmacy. It was supposed to be meant for super sensitive skin, natural, let your skin breath etc. So I gave it two months. Never again, my skin got so irritated. No other rutine was changed, I cleaned and moisturised my skin as usual etc.
The only thing I could maybe change on this Avene foundation is that it could be just a little more pigmented, as in cover more. Just a little. But when my skin is more clear this is perfect and I don’t need anything else.
Please please please Avene don’t ever quit making these!!!

Frankly, Avene is running in the family. lol. I have used many products and I think I will always be a loyal customer of theirs. As many reviewers have already mentioned, if you have very sensitive and acne-prone skin, then you MUST try Avene. I have not once reacted badly to their products.
With that being said, this foundation is NOT performing wonders. It is supposed to give you a light ( if you built it up, light-medium coverage). It actually serves wonderfully the purpose of a foundation: to give an even and smooth skin texture.
BASICS:
-recommended by dermatologists
– light to medium coverage
– lightweight foundation
-SPF 15
-reasonable price
-blends easily
-does not irritate
-does not causes break outs
-not suitable for very dry skins
-sheer finish
-people with oily skin might need to set it with a good powder. ( i recommed the mosaic powders by Avene)
-provides even texture
-will cover redness
-will not cover severe acne-scarring and blemishes
-decent staying power
-limited shade range
I haven’t used any other foundation because i am darn happy with this one and -truth be told- my cystic acne is mild and has caused me only minor scars so far. So if you are like me, please give it a try.

I have rosacea and sensitivity and react to many foundations. This is a foundation I can tolerate well. I had tried the Avene compact foundation in the past and found it too mask-like but this liquid version blends nicely and looks fairly natural. I have quite fair skin and find that 02 natural works well as porcelain seems too pink for someone who is trying to tone down redness anyway. My one criticism is that coverage could be a tiny bit better and it wears off somewhat by later in the day. I wish I could buy this is the uk as I can find Avene skincare stockists locally but not their makeup. Still I liked it enough to reorder online from another EU country.

Hello everyone. I’m 23 years old and I have sensitive and combination skin. I have rosacea since my 18 years old.
I really love this foundation. I’m using it for 4 or 5 years. I don’t like foundation that make us look like a cake ahah. And this one don’t do that at all. If I want I can apply it with my fingers and it looks similar to a bb cream and when I go out or go to work I use it with a brush and I can achieve a better coverage. It looks really natural on skin and it gives me good coverage. I always feel pretty and natural with it. It doesn’t make that mask effect. Sometimes when I need some more coverage, on a pimple or something, and I have to layer a concealer because the foundation wouldn’t cover it totally. But in my opinion it is a good foundation for all skin types but essentially for sensitive skin (because some products make as breakout or react to them) and is a foundation that can cover our faults without mask them. Just make us look naturally pretty and confident on our own skin. With the right application it looks I don’t have anything on my skin and it looks like my own skin. In Portugal the price is around 18€ – 20€ and I think it worth it! I hope I’ve help you 🙂 Kisses xxxx

This is the best foundation I’ve ever used! I have dry, sensitive and acne prone skin and it has never once made me breakout. And I’ve using this foundation for the past 2 years. I use shade “Porcelain” during winter, it has pink undertones but goes well anyway. I’m currently using “Natural” which is a little darker and has yellow/neutral undertones. It has a medium to full coverage, it is quite dewey and glowy which fits me perfectly because damn dry skin. I powder to make it last longer and to mattify cause it looks a tad oily. It lasts me a whole day even when I work out (it is sweatproof). Anyway the packaging is pretty good, simple and classy. It’s small, it’s easy to put in your bag for touch ups. don’t think you need a lot of product so it will last you a while (3-4 months for me, depends.)
It’s a little pricey though but it lasts a long time so it’s not that bad.
I LOVE, LOVE this products. It’s my fourth bottle in 2 years!

I’m a little surprised at all the good reviews about this product. I bought it only because my dermatologist recommended it for me since I have acne and I breakout often. I didn’t really like this product. A little doesn’t go a long way. The coverage is medium-full, that’s good and when I apply it it looks good and fresh but only for about 2-3 hours. Then it starts fading and accentuating dry patches on my cheeks and it looks really disgusting. It also transfers and it has s strange smell. It’s quite expensive too and it actually has some comedogenic ingredients.Color selection is not relly something and I won’t repurchase. The only thong I really like is the packaging, it’s hygienic and practical.

This is my everyday, go-to foundation. I’m on my third or fourth tube. The coverage is light to medium and it has a natural finish. It didn’t break me out. The only thing is I wouldn’t recommend it to girls with oily skin because it could look a bit greasy.
Oh, yeah, and it has a nice, subtle smell that goes away with application.
