I like this liquid matte lipstick. I bought the shade Hermosa and I couldn’t stop using it since then. The color payoff is amazing, transfer-proof and the color is beautiful. However, the Touch of Rose letters along the tube can easily fade away and the rose water scent changes. I don’t know if the formula has changed also, but it’s been quite dry and uncomfortable on my lips recently. Really looking forward to their restock and maybe changes in the formula because the color range is gorgeous and skintone flattering!

These lippies come from an indie beauty brand called OFÉLIA Cosmetics. And this is their best seller unlimited lipstick line since all the colors were sold out in such a very short period of time. For now, it comes with 8 lip colors, each is $14. There is also a limited shade called “Valentine” but it had already been sold out since Valentine’s Day 2017 right after it was released.
The packaging is one of the most signature things about OFÉLIA as it has a motivational quote flipped reversely in purpose on each packaging box, and you can only read this quote once you put it in front of the mirror or you take a selfie with it. According to the founder, when you look in the mirror or take a selfie with it, you’ll be more motivated and inspired.
The color range is really unique and easy to use. This is a liquid matte lipstick, the formula is quite runny and very pigmented. I only need 1 dip in the tube to apply full lips. It dries really fast and doesn’t emphasized my lip lines. But it feels a little sticky if I apply it too much and pressed my lips too many times. However, it’s really long-lasting and doesn’t dehydrate my lips all day long.
My favorite color would be the two berry tones Sunset Glow and Lollabelle. Sunset Glow is a pinkish violet that brightens my skin tone and my teeth so much. I especially love Lollabelle as the color turns out so strange and pretty on my lips. If I apply just a little lipstick on my inner lips and press my lips to spread it out, it turns out to be a muted red with just a lil’ bit hint of purple. But if I apply my whole lips with it, the color would be truly a dark brownish pink with lots of purple hint to it.
From what I discovered from their Instagram, all the out-of-stock colors and some new shades should be restocked very soon. Can’t wait to try other lip colours from them!
