Absolutely fantastic black liquid lipstick!
So Noir Cool is an inky black shade that looks SO gorgeous. It’s fairly opaque, though I do sometimes throw on an extra coat to make it extra dark. The formula is consistent with the rest of this range; it’s non-drying compared to most liquid mattes, lasts for ages (unless you eat something oily), and applies over itself nicely when touchups are needed. I don’t find that this wears too terribly from the inside rim of my lip, which is a problem my lips tend to be prone to.
The packaging is similar to the Jeffree Star liquid lipsticks. The doefoot applicator is notched, making for easy application, and the cap feels secure. It’s a nice, heavy tube that doesn’t feel cheap.
At $5 a pop, I’d pick this over KVD “Witches” any day, as “So Noir Cool” outperforms it in every aspect. I’ve definitely found my new holy grail black lipstick!
