I absolutely love this lipstick. It is perfect for if I am wearing a pink shirt, and I don’t want to look super girly by wearing pairing the shirt with a lipstick. I have fair skin and green eyes, so bright lipsticks are the best kind for me. I have every matte lipstick by Clinique, except for matte peony and the brown. The matte petal looks horrible on me, because it is such a pastel pink, that it makes me look sickly and drab.

This lipstick is decent. I have never tried a Clinique lipstick, but I’m not sure that I will try another. The staying power of the product is not bad, but I was very disappointed with the color. The color is supposed to be plum, and looks like that online, but is actually pink in the tube. Applied it looks like a very bright fuchsia and does not suit me at all. If bright fuchsia is your color this might be a lipstick for you. It also does not have a matte look to it, which disappointed me. One plus is that the lipstick does have a cool tube. Overall I am not happy with the product, but maybe it will work for someone else.
