I lovethe colour, but the lipstick itself felt kinda hard. It gives the lips a fresh shine without being to peachy ( it could a been a lot more peachy). I have the same colour in gloss, and the pigment is way deeper in the gloss than the lipstick.

Pros:
Beautiful shimmer
Cons:
Very, very sheer
Rubs off quickly
Overall
3.5* – it is a little too sheer for my tastes

I’ve loved other NARS lipsticks but this is a pass. I received a mini as part of a Sephora nude lip kit and this lipstick did nothing for me. It doesn’t feel comfy and moisturizing like Dolce Vita did. It has a good amount of gold shimmer, but I’m just not a fan. After applying it, I can feel the shimmery texture, which I find distracting. If my natural lip color were darker, I might like the color more, but as it stands it just is too warm and golden peach for my liking. I may use it as a highlight in the middle of my lips but this will never be a reliable go-to for me.

I love it! Got a mini from a sephoras favorites and fell in love. It’s so shiny yet no shimmer showing amd still jas the finish and staying power of a lipstick. Love love love

NARS orgasm lipstick is a very pretty rose/gold sheer shimmer wash of color for your lips. a beautiful summer color for us brown-skinned beauties! i use a brown lipliner. only ‘con’ to this is that the color doesn’t apply as evenly as i would like and am used to, so they need to improve the formula in that regard. it sort of reminds me of the lipglass ‘pinkarat’ from MAC.
overall, a pretty color that looks great on brown (and deeper) complexions.

Bought this last year during the launch, and am not impressed. It’s pigment is almost similar to the powder Orgasm blush. It’s very sheer++. Most prominent is the golden sheen? No real base color very subtle and appears more mauvey toned rather than pinky coral…. texture is slightly dry feeling on the lips. Fades just as fast. I’ve tried it on as top coat but barely makes a real statement. I could see this worth it if you prefer a nude almost natural ‘nothing on’ with a subtle shimmer then this just maybe your colour… it just doesn’t work for me.

I got a sample size of it in my Sephora box. I can safely say that this is very sheer barely there color that doesn’t even show on my lips. There is nothing whatsoever unique or remarkable about this color and its not worth the price. I actually have several Nars lipsticks and those are full coverage richly pigmented. Organism seem to have catchy name but one of the worst lipsticks in their line.

I have only one Nars lipstick from before to compare this to: Dolce Vita, which I bought for those days I had pale lips but wanted a very natural color. Luckily, I didn’t need to buy a whole Orgasm Lipstick, as there was one in a Sephora Favourites lip kit I bought
I like Dolce Vita because of the smoothing formula that is easy to apply, and for its moisturizing texture. However, I didn’t quite like Orgasm. It has the golden specks emphasize any texture issues I have on my lips pretty badly. I’m prone to slightly dry lips, and sometimes I also get slight allergic reactions to food or skin care on my lips. While my lips looked smooth with nothing on, as soon as I applied Orgasm, a lot of tiny flakes showed up on my lips! I can think of two reasons this might happen: 1) the small glitters stick around the edges of the flakes 2) the very slight grittiness of the glitters exfoliate my lips slightly and actually contribute to lifting the flakes. In any case: not flattering.
Otherwise, the lipstick is as moisturizing as Dolce Vita… except that it makes my lips look flaky instead of smooth. It has the same, slightly herbal smell and no taste. The color of this lipstick is not very flattering on me. I have about NC20-25, neutral olive skin, and the coral color with golden specks just brings the green in my skin tone out, and also somehow make any hyperpigmentation on my face more noticeable – it just generally makes my skin tone look bad. This would look flattering on someone with a different skin tone, better skin and no issues with flaky lips, but right now, the color is not quite right for me. I wouldn’t discourage from buying it though if yo like the color
