Muneca is the lightest nude shade in the KvD lipstick line and the brand describes it as ‘nude petal’, whilst I’d call it a creamy pinky peach nude (leaning more on the peach side, rather than the pink side). This is another one of my favourite nude liquid lipsticks, that is great for that ‘mannequin lips’ ultra nude look, when I want my eyes or complexion to rule a look. The Everlasting lip liner in Kevvy is a touch more straightforward peach in shade so isn’t a perfect match for Muneca, but it still matches Muneca pretty well and the shade difference isn’t really noticeable on the lips. The brand also has a Studded Kiss bullet lipstick in the same shade name, which I find leans a bit more towards the pink side of the pink/peach mix.
When it comes to outstanding liquid lipstick formulas, KvD Beauty is one of my preferred brands for comfort, long wear time and the shade options are more unique for a main-steam brand; their formula is the perfect balance between being not-too-wet and not-too-dry, so it applies easily for a liquid lipstick and dries very quickly. It’s the best of both worlds: you are getting the strong colour, matte finish and good staying power of a traditional lipstick, minus the drying feeling you can get from a bullet lipstick. As a liquid you get a soft & moisturized feeling and pleasant scent/taste of a gloss, minus the sticky feeling and movable colour. Depending on food/drink this wears for around seven/eight hours, and it fades evenly.
