This color is pretty but comes off more coral on me…I prefer a red with a blue based background. Also this one goes on dry , it would not wash very well. I bought it just for this background which is what I will try and get to later but may have to wait until I see the finish on it.
– Having read the FAQ, I think it is pretty simple to apply: Splash paint the color of the body for both daylight and dark. My routine is 1 water step at a time over at the fabric business center where they do indoor and outdoor stuffs. They also do a fluorescent booth fixture area or something like that.
I then apply blue which dries out the rest of the main color. I covered my holes with glitter one step at a time to help dry it out.

Perfect. The best red lipstick at any price.
Newky Jelly Eye: $8.95
Newky Jelly Eye is a bright, neon blue that is bright red with a white crystal base. It is usually written with some form of pencil (or pigment) that makes it look almost blue. They are tinted and sold in over 200 sizes for nearly $9. They do look very liquid but are usually really difficult to hold. They can even smell extremely strong makeup.
Prism Spectra: $18.95
Prism Spectra is a bright red one with a brown, blue, and white base. It is sold in silver or burgundy bottles for $14.95. It also has their own mascara that they use to define the lipstick. If you are looking for a great red lipstick that doesn’t stain, it should be sold in medium to large size (Jude Lawton gloss, white & blue).
Astral Elegance: $17.95
Astral Elegance is a dark pink, grey, green, and blue color that is advertised as a matte white. The color is usually written in black and silver with various shades of varying rarity. It can get a little soft or pink depending on which shade you are looking for. It usually does not have a design that has the appropriate gold on it like white.
Kat Von D: $13.95
Kat Von D is the red sheen worn by your boyfriend and will make you feel as if you are at the beach when you leave the house. The eye color really becomes the “sweet spot” where you are able to experience the makeup movement. At least as red as sheen. It’s similar in color to your toothpaste so its a bit rough but also can work.
New York Palette: $20
This, along with other lipstick brands, make up what most people think is a go-to lipstick for summer. It is advertised as cream with an alpha shimmering finish, but in fact it comes in glittery glossy or matte after the jar finishes off and does not have any other pigment. For $20 you can buy them in black or gold as well as in black-and-white. Some might find this to be a classic, though.
Nudge $11.00
This is made by following the recommended placement and size for red nail polish, but there is one exception. You can buy this in

My favorite lipstick of all-time. I have very fair skin, dark brown hair, and dark green eyes. I always get compliments.
What do you think, did you see trends on beauty sites that affected your skin? (Predictably, I came across cream or metalingreds which I believe had their place, the reviews were very flattering)
In the fair skin area I have softened skin, some have become very thick or glossy. I have been wearing pigments all day for 20 years. Once I had started making measurements with breast size markers, and my sister’s measuring tape, a lipstick seemed totally unnecessary. It doesn’t help that, when I’ve watched some brand-new products, I can’t tell the difference in makeup preferences between those brands. So I think as a black hair girl, I appreciate that you can do little with skimpy lipsticks, but if that’s not your style, this lipstick is an improvement. The only difference is I look ever more professional and confident than I am at my given age. So I will keep waiting for you for another trend.
A lot of you have seen other bloggers, models, etc. and they call this “Oreimo” lipstick. What is your favorite sort of reaction?
When you try to tag someone you know you’ll be met with something big – this is never easy. To me, it feels like a big pastel pallet. But it’s just lipstick that’s in my habit of wearing and smelling like a fresh, newly minted apple, having it too while showering, etc. I am very proud to use pure essential oil to promote Moisture In my Zaytoven Slim Minty, MAC Butter Eye Powder, and APC Powdered Jelly. Don’t let these descriptions scare you to death. When you use my products you receive 100% of your buying power and you don’t have to check out all of the other beauty bloggers, but, try to follow similar trends. Yes, they’ll take some beauty site for you. Check them out and see what happens. Plus, they’ll sell you two. We have to show those guys next time something up is going to happen… 🙂
Who is your favorite lipstick, red or blue?
Red: This dark blue has become very popular and I’m very proud to wear it (even if they may say the shades are a bit off). It’s one of my new favorites. Red is also my favorite lipstick of all-time. It is my favorite of all-time and is called “D

This is a classic and gorgeous shade of red, a True Red, just like the name implies. I love the look of 1940s makeup, a simple black liner and mascara along the upper lash line only, a touch of warm rouge on the cheeks, and an elegant true red lipstick to finish. With my very pale yellow-toned complexion (Jane Iredale Bisque or Ivory), this glamorous red brings out my blue eyes, and makes my teeth look whiter. I’ve found that the older I get, the right shade of red lipstick is important to prevent my teeth from appearing less white than they actually are! As far as the faint scent of this lipstick, I find it nostalgic and pleasant. I started wearing lipstick when I was around age 13, and L’oreal was among my first ventures into the elegant world of lipstick. The fragrance is still the same after nearly thirty years, and to me, smells the way a lipstick should! Wearing L’oreal Colour Riche in True Red makes me feel very feminine, elegant, timeless, and confident. I find the shade looks appropriate whether wearing a sleek black dress for a night out with my husband, or a day of winery tours whilst wearing jeans.

Update-Just too orange-red on me. Other than that-nice pigmentation-the best, in my opinion that you will find in a drugstore brand (which whenever possible, I try to stick with, as I don’t believe in spending $$$ on cosmetics). Not dry, very creamy. Disappointed, only as for this shade, on me, because the color is beautiful in the tube. Overall, I love this line of drugstore lipsticks! Just would not repurchase this shade. Returned it.

LOVE this red! For those of you ladies with a fair complexion and cool undertones that struggle to find red lipstick that doesn’t end up looking too pink, this lippy is a must! I have sampled 5 or so lippys from various brands that are supposedly ‘true reds’ and they all ended up being way too pink on me. While this red (on me anyway) wasn’t exactly a true red, it was certainly the closest! It has a very slight pink tinge as it fades, however no where near as pink as a number of other reds I have tried.
The colour is rich and eye catching without being too over the top, so could be worn day and evening. Really happy with this lippy, will definitely be my go to red!

I absolutely adore this lipstick! As its name says, it’s a true balanced red that I really think any skintone can wear. If you’ve lightly exfoliated and moisturized your lips, it just glides on with such a creamy feel! (Any product short of a lipgloss would tug on dry, cracked lips, so it really goes without saying that this product doesn’t do too well on them.) It feels nicely moisturizing throughout the entire wear, as well.
The only thing I slightly dislike is the fact that you *really* need to blot and layer this lipstick, otherwise it fades unevenly into that ring around the lips. But again, that’s generally a smart idea with any lipstick that doesn’t stain–it’s just a little extra time, and all you need is toilet paper or tissue. But when it is layered up like that, it stays put through basically any drinking or non-messy eating! Blotting and layering also deepens the finish and color of it, at least for me. It’s a little extra TLC in the morning when you’re getting ready, but it is SO worth it! This is an absolute must-have shade, just because it’s so versatile and feels so nice, even if you’re not used to the feel of wearing lipstick! I probably won’t repurchase, only because there are so many other beautiful formulas out there, but it’s still a product that I appreciate having in my collection.

I was looking for a true red, not garish or orange, but still somewhat in-your-face and noticeable. This is it. There was a 1+1 deal in my local store so I jumped at it. Very happy with this purchase. I had a few other options on my list, including a number of MAC reds, but I decided to be frugal and go with this one. I suspect that it will last me forever as it’s not an everyday color and I’ll save it for special occasions. Nice lippie!
