The shade range is great. The colors I’ve tried are true to the tube (Samantha, Sandy, Sorbet, Tabitha). The finish is… desert sand dry, settles in all the lines on my lips, and the lines look “pulled apart” when I smile :(. I first applied this with the doe applicator and the color is super pigmented- it was easy to define my lips, and I loved the color. My lips looked dry but I thought “maybe this isn’t so bad- the color is awesome so I’ll keep it on”. I had several photos taken that day, and my lips looked line-heavy/cracked and dry in them. I went back last night to give these a second shot, and dabbed a tiny amount of this on my lips and rubbed it in with my finger. The finish is the same for me – settled in the lines with no forgineness. I’m super bummed because Samantha is a real treasure and I haven’t found another lipstick with the same color, but my lips look like a mess when I wear these.
As far as how they last: these hold up well throughout the day with drinking through a straw. If you eat a meal, be prepared to reapply. I didn’t have any bleeding into my foundation.
If anyone has any tips on how to make a dry formula look… not so dry, please PM me. I’ve exfoliated, tried chapstick before and after application (this also smears the product and affects how it lasts)… really thinking I’m going to have to trash these, which is a shame. I recommend, if you are buying one of these, holding on to your receipt to see if the formula works for you. It looks like several users before me had no issues.

Its longlasting and one can apply it in the morning and still have gorgeous lips I’m the afternoon… Pretty goog result . I love the colour Samantha and have got a spare one to keep me going .
Also I’ve received lots of compliments when I’ve used it and one lady asked me where she could get it and what was the brand .
Its got a soft matte appearance when applied and is not too drying at all .
Lovely shades to choose from.
Will never stop using it and hope this line continues .

I purchased this product in the colour “Samantha”. The lip liner matches the lipstick perfectly! Samantha is a mauve toned pink and very flattering on a pale skinned blonde like me. I have been very disappointed in the staying power of most liquid lipsticks, particularly the NYX ones. The BH liquid lipstick stayed on all day and still looked pretty reasonable by the time I took it off in the evening. They go on quite dry, but not too dry. The lipliner is creamy and one application is enough. Sometimes with lipliner, the colour payoff is terrible and you have to go over the line a couple of times. This is a highly pigmented and creamy lipliner so no tugging and really good colour payoff. I am seriously impressed with this product. I shouldn’t be surprised anymore as just about everything I have purchased from BH Cosmetics has been excellent and the prices are so reasonable. I have already ordered a few more lipsticks in different colours from BH. I just wish you could buy them in Australia rather than having to go online!

I gotta say I love this lipstick. I have the shade “Endora”. It looks much darker in the tube and in indoor lighting than when dry/in natural lighting. It’s a dark, nude pink color that I can use with a lot of different makeup looks. It dries down fully matte but doesn’t settle badly into cracks and lines, and doesn’t have any sort of strong or lingering scent.
This lipstick is vegan, cruelty free, and gluten free.
Seeing as it’s matte I usually apply chap stick and blot most of it off before applying the lipstick itself. It’s transfer proof and kiss proof, but I wouldn’t have any serious make-out sessions when wearing it as it smears with enough moisture (personal experience). It does seem to wear off pretty badly when eating, but I had no issues with it getting clumpy or weird when re-applying. I didn’t find this particular shade streaky or patchy in any way. I had issues with it transferring to my teeth, though that might have been my lack of application skills.
