I’ve only tried the Scarlett color, which was given to me for free in a swap. It’s my absolute HG red, I love everything about it! I use it over MAC’s Cherry liner and it lasts all night. What makes it so special is the finish, the glide, and the texture. I have naturally large wrinkled lips (they’ve always been that way, I guess it’s genetic), so it’s tricky for me to find lipsticks that are flattering (SO many red lipsticks are matte and drying). I also appreciate how bold the color is upon application, it literally takes me 5 seconds to put this on and be done with it! The true red color also has no magenta or brown tones which I’m extremely picky about.

I found these new lipstick pencils at my local CVS and honestly I had never heard of this brand before but I swatched a couple and they seemed intensely pigmented so I decided to purchase the color Fuschia as it was the brightest and most exciting but there are a variety of different shades from nudes to soft pinks, oranges to reds and they are all very pigmented!
What struck me about the Fuschia shade is that it looked like an exact dupe for the MAC Candy Yum Yum lipstick and the color is honestly every bit as bright and intense as the MAC one and I just love it! It is a beautiful intense fuschia with a blue undertone which is really pretty and I’m just obsessed with the color. In my opinion it is the perfect color for a night out or anytime you just want a super bright pop of color on your lips (which for me is all the time) but if you prefer more subdued shades they have a whole range of nude, taupe, rose, and soft pink shades as well as some other bright shades of orange and red and some deeper shades.
The product itself is not like a traditional lipstick because it comes in a jumbo pencil just like any other jumbo pencil you might have used except this one is for your lips and not your eyes. The formula itself is smoother and creamier than your typical lip liner pencil although it is not quite as smooth as a traditional tube of lipstick and it can be a little more drying to the lips than your regular lipstick and for that reason I took one lippie off although I combat this by applying a little bit of lip balm or lip conditioner before applying this product and that seems to solve that minor problem. The lasting power of this lipstick is really good and it literally does not budge especially if you wear it straight without any lip balm or anything, this stuff is not going to come off so it is definitely a good option if you are going somewhere where you are going to be doing a lot of eating and/or drinking and not going to be able to touch up your lipstick very often or really anywhere that you wouldn’t be able to do a lot of touch ups because once you apply this you really don’t have to worry about it going anywhere. It also kind of stains your lips so there will always be a little color there no matter what.
All in all this is a pretty good product, the colors are extremely pigmented and they last all day. There is a wide range of colors to choose from and they are all very pretty. The formula itself can be slightly drying to the lips but that can be combatted by applying a little lip conditioner prior to applying this product. As far as the availability of this product goes I happened to stumble upon it at my local CVS store but I really had never heard of this brand before (I think it’s a British brand?) so I would recommend checking CVS and see if they have it available. I would defintely go back and get more as I would love to try some of their red shades next. I will describe all the shades they have now:
1) Scarlett – A true blue-toned red
2) Fire – A warmer orange-red
3) Nudo – a true nude
4) Earth – a deeper nude
5) Intimacy – a rosey mauve color
6) Vintage Pink – a dusty pink
7) Pink – a bright baby pink
8) Cherry – a deeper pinky-red color
9) Lust – a bright coral shade
10) Fuschia – a bright blue-toned fuschia (the one I bought)
11) Mandarin – a light orangey-peach color
12) Orange – a true orange
13) Naturelle – a brownish color
14) Taupe – a true taupe
15) Blush – a rosey nude
16) Plum – a purplish-plum
17) Kiss – a bright magenta hot pink
18) Diva – a deep burgundy
