As with another reviewer, I can definitely tell when I haven’t used this product. I also use this product only at night. I’ve tried products such as Aquaphor, Rosebud Salve, and C.O. Bigelow’s almond lip balm, but none of those function the same as the Kanebo treatment. If you are expecting your lips to plump, like Lip Venom, you will be disappointed. If you expect soft lips and, for me, a decrease in fine lines, then this product is for you; I don’t know how this product responds to heavy lines.

A really wonderful lip treatment. I use it once at night time only before going to bed. In the morning, I use the Cle de Peau lip treatment before applying lipstick. Between this lip treatment and the Cle de Peau lip treatment, my lips look ever so healthy, never chapped or dry in any weather condition, any time. My lips look fuller, with well defined contour….Even though it costs $65, which is pretty expensive, a bottle lasts me more than a year. So it is not that bad. The only thing I don’t like is the packaging. It is too big to carry around during the day (that’s why I carry the Cle de Peau lip treatment). But, the pump is airtight and very hygenic. Will definitely buy again.
