This chapstick is very very nice. The lime is not very strong but it smells like cooking ginger to me. It is different than other burts bees chapsticks but as usual, a wonderful chapstick. I 100 percent recommend this chapstick for anyone who loves the smell of ginger or anyone looking for a refresher other than coconut or pomegranate lip balm.

The lip balm itself is fine (it’s all-natural and does the job), but the scent of this product is HORRIBLE. I bought it because I liked the idea of a ginger lime scent (sounds so fresh, doesn’t it?) — but ended up with something that smells more like a rancid tub of Vick’s Vapo-Rub (?!). I do not detect even a trace of citrus OR ginger in this scent, it’s extremely bizarre. It’s times like this that I wish stores would provide testers of products like this so you can sample the scent before purchasing. Now, I’m stuck with a whole tube of this stinky stuff that I have to finish…
