I bought this lip gloss because I know a lot of MUAs that like to use the clear version (29A) over lipstick. Overall I am very impressed with the gloss, I love the packaging and the test tube look, also that it comes with a lip brush and not just a wand. It is not sticky at all! It feels like I am wearing a lip balm. The shine is amazing.
One big con is that it lasts a very short time, as for example, compared to the MAC clear lipglass. I do have very dry lips though. If you don’t mind re-applying every 45 mintues, this is the perfect clear lipgloss. However, if you want to apply your makeup and not worry about it for the next 5-6 hours, this is not for you.
I would definitely repurchase, because this is one of the only great looking lipglosses I have found, that doesn’t feel like I have superglue on my lips! So I don’t mind re-applying a couple of times.

About 3 years ago I stumbled on a new european makeup company called Inglot. This brand is mostly known for their amaizing eyeshadows and freedom system. At that time I was really exited to try out their sleeks lip glosses after hearing all the good stuff that had been said about them.
I can honestly say that I was and still am truly dissapointed on them. I find the glosses to be very watery and can see that for a more mature women it may even run outside the lip area. I also find that the lip glosses which contain glitters appear to be very uncomftable on the lips. The colours are either too sheer or too over the top, that you really need to work for them to look good.
The lip glosses are one of the pricy products that Inglot sells. I find that the Maybeline glosses are better. Their more vibrant in colour and are not as watery. Also price wise a lot better.
Overall I am not going to invest more money in theese and recomend you to think first before purchasing. This product is just not worth the time and money 🙁

I bought this in 36, which is a shimmery red/coral tone. I really like it as an everyday lipgloss — it’s not very pigmented, but gives me just the right amount of red on my lips. The texture is very nice, it applies really easy and smooth and it’s not sticky. It doesn’t stay on too long, but then again, I never found a lipgloss that would.

I bought this lipgloss in 75 – a really barbie pink. It was on sale for about 75% off this line of glosses, so it was really cheap. I was super excited to try this out but the lipgloss is WAYYY to light for me if I were to apply it just with the built-in applicator. So I have to sheer it out. I put three dots on my lips and apply using a lip brush. It is pigmented but I wouldn’t say it’s opaque. I really like the shimmer in this gloss aswell. It makes the lips look shiny even after it dries to just the semi-matte colour. The wear of this lipgloss is pretty good – I’d say it would last all day if you weren’t to touch them at all (Drink, eat, touch lips etc.) but if you were to drink and eat with this gloss on it will start to wear off after about 4-5 hours.
This lipgloss tends to fall into the mini cracks of lips. Nobody’s lips are perfectly smooth so this can be a problem with some people. My friend tried this and she has very nice lips (sounds weird saying this haha) and it fell into the tiny cracks in her lips that I would have never seen if she hadn’t put on the gloss.
I would recommend this product, maybe in a clear colour instead.

i got a sleek gloss in 29a [clear] so i can’t comment on the pigmentation. it comes in a test tubey kinda container with a brush applicator, which is nice and picks up a decent mout of gloss. i can cover my whole mouth in one shot.
its not sticky or tacky and so far i’ve found its brilliant for mixing with pigments, but one downside is the smell. smells like cheap fake cherry lollies or sweet cough syrup!! i can’t notice it when it’s on my lips though which is good though.
v. interested in trying some coloured glosses though, so will buy again and make use of my MUA discount!

I have been on an Inglot roll lately and haven’t found anything I don’t like so far. I applied for their (free!) 40% MA discount and have been trying a variety of products to see what I like and what I don’t. So far I’ve liked everything. 🙂
I’m reviewing the Inglot gloss called “Sleeks VLC” which is purported to be a plumping gloss. There are *no* irritating ingredients (cinnamon, niacin, peppermint, etc.) in this gloss, it’s plumping agent is a oligopeptide ingredient that has a patent pending. Did it plump? Not that I could tell. I get my lips injected so they’re plump enough. Is it a nice gloss? Oh, yes!
The colour I bought is # 73, which is a YLBB-type colour, just a little paler. It’s a frosty pinky-brown. Very wearable. The texture is not goopy or sticky, it’s a gel-based gloss so the texture is silky and somewhat opaque. You can sheer it out nicely. It wears really well, the colour does at least…the gloss fades very fast leaving you with coloured, silky lips. It lasted on me for hours, but never got cakey or the dreaded white-line. I could always rub my lips together and they felt soft.
The packaging is like a test tube with a screw top. Sometimes I have to dip more than once to get enough on, no big deal. It smells sweet, but not sickly-sweet. I would definitely repurchase, in fact I may go get another one today. 🙂
