It gets 2 stars for the packaging. Considering that it cost what it cost I would have expected the formula to be extremely different.
I tried it on I did not see much color pay off on my lips I’m olive tone skin. When I tried it on it did not smell good and it started sliding into my mouth it tasted disgusting. I own a few lip lacquers from Marc Jacobs, Bobbie Brown, shesiedo and too faced to name a few those formulas are 100xs better than this. I wanted to love it because I wanted to have the tube as part of my collection.

The colors I purchased were Iriza and Dollydola.
$85 each at Neimam Marcus. Iriza is a beautiful nude with slight gold/pink shimmer. Dollydola is a soft earthy coral with a hot pink shimmer.

The packaging is stunning, but we should expect this. As for the performance, I didn’t expect the flop. Overly scented with roses (not a fragrance I want on my lips) and an obnoxious shine. I was expecting something sexy, something sophisticated. This was garish. The formula did cake at the sides of my mouth and gum up on the inside of my lower lip. It wasn’t necessarily sticky, but was at the same time. It was definitely a full coverage color gloss, much like Tarte H2o gloss, or MAC Lip Glass.

The sexy packaging sets on my vanity. The product is useless. Wouldn’t purchase another Loubie beauty product again.
