Brandi looks like it will pack a punch of color, but don’t let the dark color in the tube fool you. On the lips, Brandi is subtle and offers a slight rosy enhancement, emphasis on the slight. The finish is sheer rose colored, very shiny, not overtly shimmery lips. The tingle effect is very cooling and pleasant to me since it’s summer time right now where I live. Although Brandi is great for what it is, I would not repurchase because it is not a particularly special or stand out shade, and I have many lip glosses that offer the same look (sans the lip tingle). If you want a subtle rose colored enhancement on your lips with a cooling tingle effect, Brandi is your girl.

My review is for the Color Clair. It is a Sheen deep pink color Packed with extra fine Glitter/Sparkle. This claims to be a Plumping Lip Polish. I don’t believe that a Lipgloss can Actually Plump up your Lips, It Usually it means that it just has a Tingle Factor which it Definitely does and the Tingle lasts a long time. The texture for the Gloss is just perfect, not at all Clumpy or Sticky and applies evenly. It also has a nice Scent to it, almost like Cupcake, Yummyyy, I like it. It wears very Pretty on the Lips and this Color can pair well with any look either a Smoky eye or Subtle. I got this in my IPSY Glam bag and Happy I did because I am happy with the product. Would I spend $23 on a full sized Lipgloss? Only if I couldn’t live without the color. There is just way too much of a Selection out there. But Great Job BUXOM!!

Love Buxom lip gloss! I have three now and Brandi is my favourite. Recently purchased Starr and Natalie but Brandi is just perfect! I found Starr too translucent and Nicole a bit too red. I’m afraid I may become addicted to these lip glosses. The cool tingling sensation is so refreshing! I love how it lasts so long too! I’m 52 and I don’t like how more solid lipsticks bleed (the dreaded mouth lines are a curse) but Buxom stays nicely in place. I have full lips and love how it makes my mouth look. In Canada it’s $28 with tax so not the cheapest but since half of lipstick/gloss ends up being eaten, I don’t like cheap products, I will be re-purchasing.

This is my first Buxom lip gloss, and I love it. There is a slight tingling sensation but nothing uncomfortable, and the color goes really nice with my pale, slightly rosy complexion. I find that it stays on better than most other glosses I have used. I will definitely be repurchasing as well as investing in other shades.

I love Buxom lipgloss, and I am particularly fond of this one. Many of them are not pigmented enough for my liking, but this one has a good deal of color to it. It has great staying power, as they all do, and I never find them drying. Brandi is a beautiful color that works with many different makeup looks and blush and eyeshadow colors. I find it very versatile.

Swatches beautifully on the hand but offers almost no color on the lips. Plumps lips well, though. At $19.00 I won’t be repurchasing.

I’m on my 2nd tube of this gloss! Brandi is such a pretty shade; it is a rosy wine/berry color with very subtle microshimmer. I think this is one of the better pigmented glosses out there. I am NC30-37 with very pigmented mauve lips. Brandi is a MLBB with oomph. The formula is not sticky and it lasts around 3 hours for me. Be aware that Buxom glosses have a strong tingling/minty sensation upon application and it doesn’t fade readily. This sensation fades but it is still detectable 2 hours after application. Brandi is HG lip gloss for me; my old HG was Chanel Hibiscus which has since been discontinued. They are similar shades but I think Brandi has deeper plum/wine undertones as compared to Hibiscus. You must try this shade; it wears like a much more expensive gloss.

I am amassing a ridiculous collection of Buxom glosses. I love Brandi. In the tube it looks like a deep garnet, but it’s a much softer rosy color on my lips. It’s enough on it’s own without liner or lipstick underneath. Has the same nice tingle and long wear as the other shades.

Colour is beautiful rosy stain on my pigmented lips, not as dark as it looks in the tube. Stinging feeling doesn`t last long, neither does the fuller lips effect. Lasting power is decent and nice to use in a hurry.
I`m devoded lipstick user. Many glosses are collecting dust in my drawer. But for glosses I reach for this and Dolly. For more lasting power Clarins Rouge Prodige and Sothys Gloss eclat de Soin are best so far.

I really like this lip gloss. It is thick and has a lot of pigment so the color is there. It does have a slight tingle on the lips but it isn’t irritating. I don’t see any difference in the plumpness, but I have never believed any gloss could do that anyway. The one slight drawback is the slight stickiness and it doesn’t slide on, but overall a very good lip gloss for the price.
