For my fair cool toned complexion this color does what it claims – it really does brighten the face. Freshens the look of teeth, skin and eyes even more so when worn over a stained lip. I really don’t like l/glosses due to the lack of staying power but this one lasts a good couple of hours even with snacking – so I am converted! I love the small size but the price is horrendous for the amount and the cheap packaging – tsk, tsk BB don’t know how you can sleep at night.

Since I DO think this gloss is a beautiful cool pink color, & it really does brighten up my face, I said I’d repurchase. But it really irks me to pay this much for such a TINY amount (I normally always look for larger sizes in glosses). Normally Bobbi is generous with the sizes of most of her products, & they last a very long time (thanks Bobbi!) But with this gloss, I could blow through one a month. So what I end up doing is looking for a dupe product that is cheaper. And Bobbi, PLEASE give us the doe foot as opposed to that dreaded brush tip…it’s awful!

This is a real gem from BB. I didn’t try the other brightening glosses because they looked too light-colored and frosty for me. Well, I saw Popsicle and was so impressed by the brightening effect on the website’s model (not a professional model, just a regular woman) that I decided to try it. I am not disappointed. The color is a pretty (and that’s doesn’t mean “eh,” it means really pretty) mid-toned, slightly cool pink. (Gorgeous spring color, too.) It’s shimmery, but the shimmer is so fine that it just gives, well, a brightening effect and makes the lips look fuller. It is sticky but it wears well, with or without a base (lipstick, BB Pot Rouge, or pencil), and doesn’t bleed. Of course, it’s small and overpriced and comes in that God-awful BB lip gloss packaging with that annoying brush, but for this one I’ll make an exception. This product is a throwback to Bobbi’s earlier times, when she focused less on trends and more on making women look (and feel) pretty. I don’t think it will be a disappointment to most women.
