After using an entire bottle once per day as directed, I saw no difference at all. It lasted at least 3 months so there should have been some result after that time. I have a lot of baby hairs around my hairline and this didn’t encourage any growth or change in these, and definitely no change in the rest of my hair. The only positive is that it didn’t actually irritate my skin.

This was a gift from my sister I lost a lot of hair and it thinned out a great deal due to health problems I have been using this product since Christmas and can honestly say my hair is thicker and stronger it still has a fair way to go but so far I can’t fault the results.
You only need a few drops rubbed into the scalp and left it to let it take effect I personal don’t find it makes hair greasy like most serums however it does leave a slight residue as it is an oil product my scalp does not feel irritable or uncomfortable and I can leave it in over night without any discomfort.
I highly recommend anyone with fine hair to give it go its cost between £10 to £15 in the UK and a little goes a long way.

My hair was thin underneath at the sides and hadn’t grown for ages, all about an inch long, the rest was long and reasonably thick.
Results:
Haven’t finished testing this yet, three months is the minimum it takes to see the first shoots of new hair, but these sides bits of hair have grown into three inch long ringlets. My partner who has a slightly receding hairline says his hasn’t changed in the nine weeks we’ve been testing this, for him, that’s a result.
Final evaluation: can’t be sure it will grow new hair until three months are past, but it certainly has given a kick start to my hair and parts that wouldn’t grow, now are getting longer. For receding hairlines it seems to hold the hairline static and stop deterioration, whether any more than that we can’t say yet, but that seems pretty good.
Edit: a week away from three months usage and I noticed, in a lit up magnifying mirror, that my hairline is growing lots of new little hairs that weren’t there before. Am beginning to think this serum may be a longterm commitment.
Partner has realised he needs to use this twice a day to my once, as with minoxidil, males fighting testosterone need twice the strength so he’s trying that now.
Edit: it’s three months now and i’ve noticed lots of hair growing back and some of 3-4 inches long.
Edit: it’s three months & one week, my hair is fluffy all over with fine new growth & feels thicker for the first inch or three.
Edit – six months usage: I’ve been using this for a week under six months & it certainly is making a difference to growing new hair and I’ll continue to use it. However my male partner now, am female, has even after applying twice a day, found no discernible difference. He has inherited male pattern baldness, ie a slightly receding hairline. Though I’ve read reviews where other men have had really good results at reversing this problem, so it seems there is no way of knowing without trying.
Other things that help control or stop hairloss: stop processed sugar, uneven blood sugar is an enemy, specially over forty. Maintaining good iron stored levels. Thyroid function needs to be normal.
Cons of this serum- Expense: having diffuse hair-loss means it’s harder to get this distributed over the entire scalp without using more of it, which means am using 1 bottle every 1-2 weeks, £63 per month. For those with bare patches or just sections of thinness, it should be much cheaper to treat.

Surprisingly although this hasn’t worked on hair thickening for me, it has helped with psoriasis on both my scalp and face! I read a review (I believe on Deciem’s website) where a reviewer stated it helped calm down their scalp. Although slightly skeptical I purchased a bottle and within the first week or 2 my scalp was a lot calmer. That was about 2 months ago and since then I’ve gone though another full bottle. I use about 2 drops on my face (eyebrows and behind ears) twice a day where the psoriasis is worst and a larger amount for the scalp. The packaging states just a few drops but I find that using such a small amount does not cover even a small area of my scalp. The cons are it does need to be used daily. I’ve tried to bring it down to every other day but my skin flares up again to a degree. In order to keep it totally under control I absolutely have to use it daily, the only problem with that is what seemed like a fairly inexpensive product initially, does start to add-up cost wise. However, considering there are no harmful ingredients or steroids in this, it’s a relief to be able to use freely without any side effects. Also it doesn’t leave my roots oily or weighed down, once it has dried, which takes a few minutes, I’m good to get on with the rest of my hair routine.

I am more than halfway through my first bottle and have already purchased a second one as a backup. This stuff is great: no fragrance, it doesn`t weigh your hair down or destroy the styling, and with steady use you can see results. My hair was falling and after showers a lot of hair would break easily and whenever I finished blowdrying or had to clean the tub, there would always be a lot of sad looking strands of hair left behind on the floor or in the drain. After 3 weeks of applying nightly doses of this serum, the amount of fall out has dropped significantly. I really wasn`t sure what to expect, but this seems to be really beneficial to my scalp and hair, so I will continue using. I don`t rub it all over my scalp, just a dropper amount on the top of my head and the sides of my skull, where I can see that my hair has thinned out a lot. Overall I feel like this has improved the general health of my strands and the scalp and I am definitely going to buy that third bottle once I crack open my second one.

This works, somehow! My hair has been thinned out by some fusion extensions that ripped out a lot of it, so I was desperately searching for something to help it regrow faster and regain some thickness. I took some hair growth pills and tried this serum, and within 2 months my hair is now almost normal looking, longer and thicker! I give this serum most of the credit, I’m sure the pills helped but I didn’t stick with any one brand for longer than until I finished the bottle.
Anyway, about the serum. I didn’t like the dropper, I found that it let the liquid drip out easily which was messy and wasted product, so I transferred it in a little spray plastic bottle from an older hair product and just sprayed at my roots, which made for a much easier and more uniform application.
The serum itself feels almost like water, it doesn’t make my hair smell or look oily or dirty, but I do prefer to keep it up in a bun while using it because it does build up if used a few days in a row without washing.
I have gone through 2 bottles and I am due to purchase a third, which means this product really works for me. As I said, my hair got thicker and grew a bit faster within a relatively short time.
The price is also great, I wish more companies did this, as an affordable price makes for more customers buying the product. When companies attach huge price tags to their products, they basically dissuade people from even bothering with them.
My only complaint about the serum is that it runs out very fast, I go through a bottle in 2 weeks, and that is without using it every single day (I skipped weekends).
All in all, it is a wonderful product that works.

Oh my gosh what is this magical liquid?? I started using this about four days ago and yes, it does increase the density of my hair without making it weird. I wash it out in the morning (or have it on under my cap at work) and my hair is the same, only denser. It really is!! I don’t know what is making it happen but I will keep using it and change my review if my opinion changes.

I haven’t been using this long enough to see if this actually makes your hair look fuller but I am pretty impressed. I use this after I shower while my hair is still damp. I use the dropper to part my hair into sections and apply a couple drops per section, rub into my scalp, comb through and blow dry as usual. I have medium fine hair that weighs down easily and this has no oily residue at all. It leaves my hair shiny and silky not weighed down or heavy. It feels nice on my scalp and never irritates. I tried using at directed on the package by applying to clean hair before bed but I work out and wash my hair every morning not before bed. This works better for me and my hair looks healthy

ive only started using this product so i cant say much about it yet but so far ive noticed that this absorbs into the scalp pretty well and leaves no residue. however, it has a strong sweet smell to it that i could do without. will continue using it and come back to edit this review after a while.

I am always looking for hair care products that help grow hair healthier and products that promote a healthy scalp, the nice thing is that The Ordinary’s Multi Peptide Serum for Hair Density fits both these criteria. What I like most about the Multi Peptide Serum for Hair Density is that it is fragrance free and does not contain denatured alcohols. This applies pretty easily onto your scalp or where you part your hair. This doesn’t leave your scalp feeling greasy or looking greasy at all. I would say that this has helped me achieve a healthier scalp and roots as well. I also love that the bottle is large and that a little goes a long way. Regardless of what your goals are with using this product (hair loss, dry scalp, or just looking for stronger hair) the ingredients used in The Ordinary’s Multi Peptide Serum for Hair Density will expose your scalp and hair roots to beneficial ingredients without ever looking or feeling greasy.
