This is an amazing smoothing serum. The front of my hair is very dry and frizzy and this product allows for me to wash n go. I put a nickle sized amount in my hands and rub them together and apply evenly through wet hair (after leave-in conditioner) and then a little extra to the front of my hair (side bangs) which really needs extra help. My hair is nice and smooth and silky and shiny after using it. Smells nice too.
I think it is a little pricey but it works better than any other serum I have tried.

Serums like this are a must for my overproessed hair most of the time. In my experience with them, I have come across two types of serums in general. Some have a softer consistency, spread more easily on my hair and soften my ends even when my hair is dry. Some have a more squeaky feeling, feel lighter even if the density is the same and these are usually marketed as more “restructuring” products, often with silk protein. This CHI belongs to the latter category and does not have a significant effect on my ends when I air-dry my hair. It is sold as a stronger product than the red bottle. Its superb performance for me is revealed when I use styling tools – especially straighteners. My hair doesn’t become oily like it does with other serums sometimes. The result is a very natural look with good style. I can see myself buying this again because of this. The smell is not my favorite, a bit lemony a bit herbal but nothing strong like the red CHI products.

Amazing product! I use the Shampoo and conditioner too. It has made my long hair silky and smooth. You cant go wrong with CHI! 🙂

This one is Even better than The old one in red. Scent is more feminine. But the Most important: it does wonders to your Hair! Makes Them extremely soft and shiny. I have dyed and bleached my Hair a lot In 2015 So it Became really dry and brittle. I remembered chi and stumbled across the keratin line! Lifesaving-product im Impressed!

Purchased from Marshalls for $15. Used just a small amount on my damp hair and wrapped it to dry (no heat). My hair felt soft and smooth and strong without feeling weighed down or greasy. I used a small amount the next day to re straighten (wrap, no heat) and it still didn’t feel greasy. Purchased because of the reviews and I liked the original but having color , fine hair with a lot of texture, this really helped smooth and tame frizz. Scent is nice but a little strong, fades nicely though. The 6oz bottle will last a long time for me.
