This is a perfect pick-me-up to dab on my wrists when I am out! I use this like aromatherapy – makes me feel more alert and happy at the end of long day, for that final stretch. Towards the end of the little pot, I felt like the fragrance was a little weaker (I had had it for a year or so), so I re-ordered, but off of ebay for a slightly lower price and free shipping. The item did arrive new, but the fragrance seemed a tad weak as well – so from now on, I’m only purchasing straight from Pacifica, not sure if other sellers are selling old products! I’m not sure how long Pacifica fragrances last, being mostly natural ingredients.

Smells exactly– and I mean exactly– like vintage Love’s Fresh Lemon. Lasts a bit longer than some lemons. Citrus is notoriously short on steam. This has some staying power.

Edit: in the far dry down, it becomes more graceful, melding into a skin scent. I can imagine layering this when I want a slight citrus emphasis.
I have this in rollerball format (not solid, my apologies, my review went to the wrong place) which I think is very well designed. (I prefer to dab and dislike sillage).
This is sweet creamy lemon, floral background, somewhat ozonic in the opening – the ozonic aspect diminishes thankfully IMO.
My first impression was a vague sense of sense of bathroom cleaner – perhaps a Method cleaner or Meyer brand soap, although I don’t recall a particular lemon. . .
However, this citrus is not turning plastic, chemical or candied on my skin (like Goutal Eau de Hadrian), so that is a plus.
Note: on my skin, pacifica scents go on strong and tenacious and finish sweet

This says June to me! It’s the perfect scent to kick off beach days, bbq’s, and (in my case) golfing. It’s a lovely scent. Very fresh and clean without being overly sweet or edible. You can smell a bit of grass in here. It smells like the outdoors, which to me speaks in volumes with a natural line. If I wanted an overly sweet, sharp lemon scent, I would go to another line. But since I love those scents where you can place what you smell, but it smells almost like you just came in from mowing a lemon grove. Even though I only use this one once a year, I can totally see this scent working great for certain girls as a signature fragrance. As with a lot of Pacifica fragrances, the staying power isn’t the best. I find that layering the scent really helps. I use this solid to make my hair conditioner, soap, and body lotion, then I just keep the solid in my purse. It really keeps it lasting all day. I’m on my third pot, and I definitely plan on going through more!

I have switched over to Pacifica scents since they are on the greener side and most importantly phytate free. Scent does not last long – I consider Pacifica scents closer to body sprays vs EDT, EDP
Onto the scent. – Awesome beachy lemon scent. Lemon scent without being too foody. It’s refreshing when I spray it on. So light you can wear it to the beach.

The first thing that struck me about this perfume solid when I received the tin in the mail was its silver dollar size. At $9, this is affordable, but I’ve had to re-apply it throughout the day. The scent lasts about 2 hours at moderate ‘strength’ and then fades during the 3rd and 4th hours so that its barely perceptible unless you sniff your wrists.
On the other hand, when layered with the body butter (which I LOVE), the scent does last up to 4 hours. The fragrance is a light and tangy citrus scent mingled with crisper notes of fragrant white flowers. Without being told the name of this perfume, my husband immediately described this as flowery; he did not detect the lemon. So we both agree that the floral notes are dominant.
I enjoy this fragrance very much but I recommend layering the perfume solid with the body butter, otherwise you will end up disappointed in its lack of staying power.

I love lemony fragrances as well, and this is a nice addition to my fragrance collection even though the lasting power sucks. It smells soft and clean and doesn’t clash with my skin chemistry. I apply it to wrists, neck, and on the back of my knees. This would make a good spring or summer scent as this is light enough to be reapplied. The cute tin is perfect for travel, though I would be careful opening it as the lid gets stuck easily.

I really like this product – the tin is great and it doesn’t smell like cleaner on me. It lasts 4-6 hours.

This is a sweet, soft, round lemon smell, not sharp at all. Think lemon icing or candy rather than fresh cut fruit. There is also a hint of creamy white floral in the background.
I think this scent would be wonderful for spring and summer. And the little tin is adorable. 🙂
