Horrible shade selection! I have fair-medium skin with neutral undertones. I tried the shade 025W Soft Beige which is the closest I could get to my skin tone but yet the undertone of the cream still appeared too peach-pink. The next shade up which is supposedly lighter but more neutral is actually too dark. I contemplated getting both shades to mix them up BUT $35 for one teeny tube is prohibitive. What initially appealed to me was the claim of “lightweight and ideal for the no makeup look”. I don’t have problem skin and it’s as normal as it gets so I’m partial to bb creams and sheerer finishes. Indeed the finish was more on the sheer, dewy side, hence my 2 lippies score. It also gets a lippy for the spf. Unfortunately the coverage itself didn’t last long even with a setting powder on top and it had faded in patches by the afternoon. It also didn’t feel lightweight as it felt tacky throughout the day and didn’t feel like it sunk in. Lastly, the fragrance was too much. Normally fragrances don’t bother me but this had it in spades.
Conclusion: This is nothing more than an expensive BB cream and one I wouldn’t purchase again unless they improve shade selection and get rid of the fragrance.

Pro:
– good texture, not too thick, not too watery
– feels good on skin, very light, you forget you wear makeup
– no breakout
Con:
– only few colors, no match to my skin tone.
If your skin tone is in between light to medium and has yellow undertone. No color can match. Even lightest nude is too red and a lot darker than my skin. The yellowest one they have is still quite red.
– It really magnifies pores and make my smiling lines deeper. I am horrified it makes me look older.
– It doesn’t look natural enough. A little bit like wearing a mask.
The cream is actually good quality. But it doesn’t make me look better at all.

I got this after an MUA’er posted the most gorgeous pic of herself wearing this – her skin was even, glowing, and natural looking. Exactly what I was looking for! My skin is very dry and flaky, rosacean, sensitive and acne-prone. And very pale – a neutral (but blotchy) MAC N10-15. Right off the bat, this one’s a bit of a bummer because:
1. There’s no shade match for me – the lightest shade 01N Nude Vanilla, is too warm and dark (it’s close to NW20).
2. The tube is teeny and this isn’t cheap – $35 usd/oz.
3. It’s fragranced. Dear skincare makers, my face doesn’t need perfume.
However: I like this stuff! Don’t expect significant coverage – this is called a foundation but I would describe it as a bb cream. It leans sheer and you can’t really build it up without it looking cakey (and it never sets completely). This is not dewy, glowy or greasy – it has a natural finish and I have to set my forehead with powder or it looks oily by noon. While it holds very little product, I love the tube-with-pump packaging – hygienic and very convenient to have in my little makeup bag. I don’t have to worry about it splodging all over the contents of my purse.
Overall this is a keeper – but I do hope the kindly folks at Lancome take notice of the above numbered list and make it even better! Millennials are the future and they don’t want perfume on their faces, really.

I normally love Lancome foundations and tinted moisturizers, but this was a big no for me. The pros are the color match was very good and it did look very natural on my skin. However, the big cons include that it is extremely fragranced. Why make a foundation fragranced? There is no need to add fragrance. But, the bigger cons are that it is extremely sticky and transfers very easily. It never seems to completely dry. It feels sticky all day. Also, it transfers like crazy. It rubs off so easily. I have never had a foundation transfer like this one does. So, overall this a big miss for me.

This product is highly fragranced and very shiny. And yet, it somehow worked better on my oily skin than many high-end mattifying foundations. It is by no means matte, but with some setting powder it provides a decent coverage and lasts a decent amount of time; There are no claims about it being long-lasting, so I had realistic expectations. Still, I must admit that it feels good on my skin and even though it is definitely dewy, it looks absolutely flawless when set with powder. Now on to the negative: the shade range is indeed deplorable and the lightest shade (cool porcelain) looks orangey and too dark on my skin. I can’t tell if it oxidises since it looks orange from the get-go. And last but not least it breaks me out. Not in painful cystic acne, but there are comedones that weren’t there before. It gets two lippies because of the shade range, which is something that needs improvement and the fact that something in this formula is pore-clogging even though Lancome claims it is non comedogenic.

Although this certainly is a ‘second skin-like’ product (if you are able to find a good colour match that is), I find the coverage al little too much for it to look really natural, but when it comes to that, it certainly is better than most foundations.
A little goes a long way which is good considering the price.
Please do wear cream rouge instead of powder rouge when you’d want to wear this product because with powder rouge your cheeks may look dull in comparison to the glowy finish of this foundation. That really makes a lot of difference if you’d want to come to terms with this product.
For me the lightest shade would match but that one is too much on the yellow side for my likes.
Some of you may like the smell, but I don’t: I find it overwhelming and it lingers on for quite a while so that also is an issue for me.
I prefer Lancome Hydra Zen BB over this one.
Edit: Over time I tried this again and again and I suppose I should trust on the compliments I get whenever I wear this…People always make compliments on my skin when I’m wearing this foundation.
Also I noticed that my thoughts about the undertone of the lightest shade was due to the light I was in at that time. ( I know: I should have checked it in more surroundings than only in my bathroom before writing a review 🙂 Actually the undertone of the lightest shade is more neutral, leaning to pink than that it is leaning to yellow.
I got over the smell and I don’t get complaints about that from my boyfriend (the one closest to me and very sensitive when it comes to smells :-))
I still think a creme rouge instead of a powder rouge is best when wearing this foundation, just to complete that dewy look.

I wore this for 4 days and loved everything about it for my dry skin. It looked radiant without being shiny. It matched my skin tone PERFECTLY N01 (it oxidized because I have light medium skin tone not fair). But that’s where my love affair ended. Every time I took this off, I would notice clogged pores. With each wear, it got worse and worse and I am clogged where I don’t ever have clogged pores. Sadly, I will be returning this.

This is a great tinted moisturizer from Lancome. Good coverage, looks natural (not heavy or cakey), and has skincare benefits. That is probably my favorite part! It has hyaluronic acid, which we all know is very hydrating and good for keeping skin moisturized and plump. It also has moringa seed extract, an antioxidant which helps with anti pollution. It is oil free and paraben free, all over “good” for your skin! All skin types can use this too, and I find the shade range is fairly good. I love this product!

I’ve been looking for a light-coverage, everyday foundation that gives a natural finish, and this is it. It has a mousse-like consistency and spreads so well and blends so easily. I like the coverage a lot – it’s a true light-coverage, more than sheer, less than medium. It’s enough to cover redness, but not dark pigmentation, which I use concealer for. Like a lot of silicone-heavy foundations, this makes my pores look minimized, but unlike other foundations, it doesn’t make me greasy or patchy over time. It’s a great formula. It does have a scent, but it doesn’t bother me that much and it eventually goes away. The scent reminds me of Laneige’s cushion foundations.
My only gripe is the shade range (somehow I’m always in between shades). I got 35W, which is not really a “warm” shade, it looks more neutral and ends up making me look ghostly. For reference, I’m about an NC25 – 30. I mixed it with the next shade darker, 4N (which looks too dark/orange worn alone) and it ends up looking perfect.
I can imagine this looking amazing in the fall, because it has a very radiant finish. It’s summer now, so I set with powder minus the high points of my face, and top it off with setting spray. My skin looks so healthy and natural afterwards, and it lasts for hours.

I’ve never had a base product go on so smooth as this, it’s so incredibly satisfying putting this on purely for that reason. It make any skin look so healthy/fresh but skin like at the same time. My skin is dry so I don’t have a product with oil breakthrough so my wear time is good, but oily skin may have to set this more. I took a lippie off because you can see this on your skin with closer inspection and it can be a bit streaky.
