Too orange for me and dried my skin. Packaging was weird too

I am on the hunt for a new BB/TM with mineral SPF. I have combination skin, with dry patches most of the year, and facial oils are really helping. I use BB/TM for the sheer coverage and just to even out my skintone.
I’m AAB/NC25, and got this in Medium. It’s a pretty good match overall once it’s applied, though it pulls a little yellow on the back of my hand. Product is very runny and thin, but not so much that it rolls right off your fingertips. I apply 2-3 drops total to my face using fingertips. Soaks in quickly, so I have to work fast with this. My skin feels natural with this on, and the finish is very natural. Light coverage. Works well for me after letting my daily facial oil soak in, and also after the Hello FAB Coconut Skin Smoothie Priming Moisturizer.
Packaging is a small squeeze bottle with clear body, pink lid, and dropper tip. The dropper tip meters out the product less quickly than expected – the tint is a little bit runny, and I haven’t had it spurt out uncontrollably. $34 for 1oz/30mL.
UPDATE – I think they may have discontinued this 🙁 It’s no longer on their webpage.

I found this liquid very hard to blend… BUT you can make your own genius tinted moisturizer with it. I put a dollop of some light moisturizer (currently Origins Perfect World) and add 4-5 drops of this and it’s darn near perfect. Don’t know that I will buy it again, but it certainly wasn’t money (with a coupon) wasted.

This, in my opinion is a HG product. I can’t find a lot of sheer, pore reducing, spf products that DONT try and moisturize – which is why I love this. I have a moisturizer I adore, but it doesn’t have spf or any tint to it, sooooo I mix this in and BAM literally perfect skin that makes people ALWAYS comment on how great my skin is WHILE looking 100% natural AND saving me a bit from sun damage. I love it. So versatile and so down to earth looking. I hate when skin care looks embarrassingly fussy. This is perfect.

This skin tint is decent – it is quite a thick texture and it covers up redness on my cheeks quite well to even out my overall skintone. I am not too fussed about coverage – I prefer products that are lightweight and show my natural skin. Unfortunately, this product does cling to dry patches and texture (like clogged pores on my cheeks). I find moisturising with an oil on texture or dry patches (I use squalane oil) allows the product to sit better. It has a natural matte finish. Unfortunately, the colour range is quite poor, and it is quite pricy at $54AUD. However, a little product does go a long way. I think I would rather try the glossier skin tint which is cheaper and thinner in texture.

I am a huge fan of tinted SS, my favorite is Elta Physical tinted, but caved and ordered this FAB tint because of the inclusion of astaxanthin in the ingredients. I really don’t like the way it settles in my skin, it tends to show flaws and makes my skin texture look poor. Maybe I need to play around with it a bit more, and try it over lotion. The medium is dark on me, the light is a bit too fair. For now, I’m returning back to Elta for everyday sun protection.

I really like the finish of this skin tint. It is great because it really controlled my oil like no other product I’ve used. However, it clings to dry patches like crazy. It is winter but I have pretty oily/combo skin. Dry patches are something I don’t really have to deal with but using this I got a lot of them. Later on in the day though as my natural oil broke through it looked good, still not oily, and the dry patches were gone. Overall I think this has got an amazing healthy finish but it is not moisturizing. The price is pretty high as well and the shade I got was light but it was actually very dark for being a light color. It still matches after blending in but its close to my summer shade. Almost makes me wonder if They had messed up the labeling of it.

So if you use an antioxidant serum or vitamin C cream/serum under your sunscreen, this works very well. On its own, not so much but you can really get a natural look that is between a sheer makeup or tinted moisturizer. I really like the look of it on its own without powder on top, and my skin is pretty oily (for my age) but I like protection, which this provides, along with an evening-out of my skin tone. Quite the surprise for me, and I would purchase again. It also blends well with sunscreen or moisturizer.

I have transitioned almost completely to skin tint types of products-I turned fifty, and while my skin is good, I feel like less is more. My current HG is Mac Face and Body in C4 in the summer and C3 in the winter. I am an NC40 in Studio Fix. I also like the Glossier skin tint in Dark. For days when i want something “heavier,” I go to Luminous Silk by Armani or the Ordinary Serum Foundation.
My skin is dry, sensitive and prone to breakouts. Miraculously, the sunscreen in this (Physical spf 30) did NOT break me out. This product allows one to skip a step in the morning (sunscreen.) It’s also great when going out for a quick run when you need a little perfecting/color. The shade “Medium” worked well for me. The product is a liquid, with a sanitary, travel-friendly squeeze bottle.
The finish is slightly tacky, with moderately more coverage than F&B. This is, however, very sheer. It does not cling to dry patches nor sit on the skin-it blends very nicely. I will repurchase.

This product did not work for me. I have extremely sensitive, acne prone skin. I have had clear skin since completely a course of Accutane a year ago. My skin did not like this. I wore it twice and broke out along my chin and cheek. The coverage to this product was sheer and created a nice airbrush look. It would be perfect for summer days/nights. The SPF is a plus. I wore the light shade which is a little too light for my summer skin, but it looked fine with some bronzer over it. I won’t repurchase this due to it causing breakouts, but would recommend for those who don’t have acne prone skin.
