As for me, I am certain I have a much different skin type than the last reviewer. I’m much older… Blah. Haha.
I was just trying to score a free gift and I did need some more foundation, so I picked this one up. It’s not bad. It’s not phenomenal, either, but it does the job. I don’t require a full coverage foundation and I didn’t have to use a lot or layer more to get what I needed. I always use a good primer under my foundation (Lancôme, smash box, MUFE… I have several deluxe samples in my stash.) I finish my foundation with a high def powder to set it. Given that, the staying power was pretty good. It didn’t leave me looking dried out like some matte foundations can do at my age. I do use moisturizers under my makeup as anyone my age should! Despite the harsh winter here, I still have normal skin.
Perhaps this foundation isn’t well suited for more oily complexions that require a more matte effect?
Anyway, it’s a decent bargain foundation for me. I’d buy it again though it isn’t a ‘must have’ item for me. The packaging is actually great. Agree with the other review that other brands need to adopt this pump delivery.

Let’s start off with the good…the price point is nice. It retails for $12.50 and because Ulta has the $3.50 off a $10 purchase I paid $9. Also, one of the things that I was drawn to was that it come in tube like packaging with a pump! I wish more foundation brands would pick up on this trend. On to the not so good…you need quite a bit of product to do your entire face (at least I did). It took me about 3-4 pumps to get an adequate amount of coverage. Okay now for the BAD…this gave medium-ish coverage with one layer which I think is really all you can do with this foundation. The texture of this foundation is too unforgiving to do dare do another layer. The formula is more mousse like than liquid. I felt this product did not do what it claimed which is to help control shine and blur lines and wrinkles. In fact, I felt like this foundation clung to peach fuzz and accentuated the fine lines on my face. This product actually introduced me to fine lines and fuzz I hadn’t realized were even on my face! I have pretty oily skin and this didn’t hold up. After about 3 hours I needed to blot…though my skin didn’t feel horrible and the foundation didn’t feel heavy (it actually feels really lightweight) the overall consensus is that I will not be repurchasing. I’m actually going to return this product not simply based on the fact that I didn’t like but more out of principle…this product pretty much lies to your face with all that it claims to do.
P.S. There’s only about 8 shades and they’re all on the lighter side.
