I have combination acne prone skin, nothing major but a pimple every now and then. I’m also currently using Differin and benzoyl peroxide every other night. I decided to buy #21 natural beige online after watching Edward Avila as he mentioned that he’s also NC25 and 21 matches him perfectly. Indeed it’s a match for me as well. I apply this over Elta MD physical tinted sunscreen.
Pros:
– salicylic acid
– doesn’t burn or irritate skin
– natural coverage (looks like skin)
– doesn’t oxidise
– blurs pores
– non-comedogenic
– moisturising (great for dry skin but too dewy for me)
– slim case
Cons:
– tacky feeling even after translucent powder (apparently it’s because it helps retain moisturise in your skin. I’m just not a fan of dewy foundations).
– light coverage (probably not enough coverage for acne skin, that’s why I applied a tinted sunscreen underneath it. I don’t have any breakout at the moment, so it’s enough for everyday wear for me)
