   My skin: combination to dry, fine lines, likely menopausal ( I’m 47.)
   Tone: light to medium depending on Sun exposure; NC25 in MAC for reference. Warm undertones.
   Issues: aforementioned fine lines, redness. Tendency to be very dry except my nose which could support small countries with the oil production.
   Bless the previous reviewer for mentioning their skin tone and the color they selected! I had to order online and that can be a nightmare but I got 100W as suggested and it’s a perfect match. The shade is called Confident for reference; it is manufactured in Italy.
   Okay, I love this. I wore it for an extended period of time in hot/humid weather walking around a lot and it stayed fresh looking. Didn’t settle into lines and made my skin look flawless ( it isn’t.) Nice glow without being over the top. Light feeling coverage.
   For $28 it’s not incredibly expensive and I will definitely repurchase.

   Update (14/01/2020): Taking off some lippies and changing this to not going to re-purchase. Although its texture is still pretty great, it oxidises by about 2 shades darker:( Can’t wear this unless I get a white mixer, which is a real bummer.

   NC25
   Sensitive skin – prone to break out if skin doesn’t agree with ingredients
   Problems: skin gets oily quickly; foundation cakes into smile lines

   Got this in 100W Confident. Used a damp beauty blender to apply and set with Innisfree no sebum moisture mineral powder.

   Pros:
   – really lightweight
   – offers great coverage
   – buildable
   – contains squalane and rose hip oil
   – doesn’t break up when skin gets oily
   – doesn’t settle into frown and smile lines (only a tiny little bit after 6-7 hours)
   – minimal transfer
   – shade matches my skin perfectly
   – affordable

   Cons: oxidises, so make sure to get a shade lighter. I bought this on Sephora and used the shade finder as well as findation, both indicated 110N Creative to be my shade but I knew it would oxidise (YouTube videos tell me so) so got a shade lighter and it’s perfect.

   I have dry combination skin, and I am using the Zoeva foundation in the shade ambition. At first, I bought the shade Artist, but this was a little odd. It had a greenish tone in it, and it wasn’t matching me. A little yellow is the best as Kryolan, and Bobbi brown have amazing foundations that match the skin perfectly. However, I really love the foundation, it can look cakey if you apply a lot, and you have to be careful when choosing your shade. With this foundation, less is more. I do love it, not my favorite one but very good! I included a video in case you want to see how it covers up redness and breakouts or how it evens out the skin tone.

   Dry, sensitive Rosacean skin. N(C)10. I’m testing the lightest shade, 010 Aglow. Shade description: for very fair skin with neutral undertones. First impression of shade match: I’ve never had such a great match in a foundation! About the same depth and tone as Nars Sheer Glow #Siberia but slightly less yellow. And compared to Nars Radiant Tinted Moisturizer #Terre Neuve it’s less pink and about a shade lighter. A perfect neutral shade so the shade description is spot-on. But be aware it does darken a bit over time though not much (at least not on me). The coverage is medium but can easily be build up. The texture is like silk; quite moisturizing. I didn’t experience any clinging to dry patches nor settling into fine lines. Most importantly: no irritation and it doesn’t aggrevate my Rosacea. Great skin-like satin finish.
   Finally after many years and trying dozens of liquid foundations I found my HG liquid foundation. So I highly recommend giving it a try!
