I have monolids – which means oily lids and prone to smudging – and I was looking for a waterproof long lasting eyeliner.
I was at the drugstore and on the back of the hands it appeared budge proof and pretty intense – so I bought two, brown and black.
However, it’s way too hard to go on the eyes, I have to press very hard to get any pigment out. with a light hand, it won’t even draw on.
Also the packaging is done poorly. It’s a twist up and it pops out. It did not happen to just one of the eyeliner but both that I bought.
I am usually forgiving but this was unacceptable in terms of quality of product and the packaging. I am sorry but I will not be purchasing this again.
