I hesitated between the Microliner and this one, and ended up buying this one as the SA explained that it can be smudged more easily. It’s true. The Kajal Ink Artist is a versatile product. I’ve used it to line just above the lashes and it’s easily smudgeable to a soft finish (as long as you do it before it sets), so it kinda works as “liner” eyeshadow, too. But mostly I use it to line under the lashes to create depth. It really stays on – which is good, but I do need to use a waterproof eye makeup remover to take it off. This is a great product and the only reason I’m not buying the brown and plum colours is that I find them a bit too bright for a product that is essentially a liner. However, you may wish to experiment. The packaging is handy: at the bottom there is a sharpener and also (in a separate little compartment) a smudging tool.
