The shitiest eye pencil I ever had. Doesn’t stay on, it isn’t waterproof and is really shitty. The pigmentation is really bad too.

Yet another high quality but inexpensive waterproof gel eyeliner pencil from Essence. As the name would suggest this is deep black in color and works perfectly for either a bit of black or something more intense.
The texture is gel like, smooth and creamy and applies without tugging or pulling. It is very similar to the pot gel eyeliners in texture and wearability except it is much more convenient in pencil form. I have experienced no skipping with application. The pigmentation is excellent.
This product is exceptionally waterproof and once applied does not budge, run or fade. Yet it will remove easily by using the product of your choice suitable for removing waterproof eye makeup. I have not tried this on my waterline but suspect it would work there as well.
Black Blaze is self sharpening, all you have to do is twist up from the bottom to sharpening and obtain more product. My only minor issue with the packaging this that the cap does not fit on the other end when in use. The name of the product is clearly displayed on the cap so you don’t have to hunt round for this one.
I purchased this at Ulta for $2.99. That is a very small price for such a high quality product. As far as I know Ulta, both in store and online are the only places to purchase Essence product, but I have recently heard that Target may start carrying this brand. For general information this product is made in Italy.
I would definitely repurchase this product. This is a high quality eyeliner for a drugstore price.
