Dont waste your money on this, every single time i wear this, afte 30′ it smudges on me like crazy. I wore it to work and big mistake ever, i ended up look like racoon every single time. Even i ran to washroom to wipe it off, it still leave my eye like a panda bear. Please stop making this bc this is such a night mare for girls.

I got this eyeliner through an Ipsy bag. It was okay…nice at first but seemed to dry out quickly, which led me to have to go over and over my kid to get a straight and complete line done, so it was definitely time-consuming. The packing is fine, nice width. But there are just better ones out there.

I received this product in an Ipsy subscription bag a few months ago.
PROS: the formulation is pretty standard. The consistency is good and not too thick or watery and also is pretty opaque black. The snap cap keeps the product sealed very well (but needs an actual two-handed tug for me to open).
CONS: I HATE the applicator! It is a felt tip that is pointed at the end but tapers into a thick end a little too quickly for my liking. It is hard for me to get a precise line, especially as the application gets closer to the inner corner of the eye. Honestly, the shape of the applicator has been enough of a turn off I have only used this twice because everytime I go to use this again, I end up fixing and completing the look with the Kat Von D.
BOTTOM LINE: I am not so regretfully passing this on. See yo never!

Ok, so I ran out of my Kat Von D eyeliner this morning so I decided to finishing lining my eyes with the Ciate eyeliner that I had in my stash from the Chloe Morello Beauty Haul #2 that this came with. Well, I hate this eyeliner. First of all, it doesn’t go on black like the KVD one and I had to go over my eye three times to get decent pigment. And, if that wasn’t annoying enough, I noticed that the eyeliner started to bleed (which NEVER happens on me) on the inner corner of my eye, so I had to correct that…and that was before I was even done applying all of my makeup. So I get to work and noticed that it also has smeared to my lower eyelid on the inner corners, so I had to take a paper towel and wipe that off (I don’t line my lower lids and have dark circles so this just emphasized them). And every time I go to the bathroom to check in the mirror if this eyeliner has smeared more, it has, so I have to keep removing the darkness it’s causing in my inner corners. This sucks. I am stopping by Sephora on the way home TODAY and getting my beloved KVD tattoo liner. I will NEVER wear this eyeliner again. RETURN.

Edit 1/16/18: I tossed this. It was already dried up! I would not recommend this. Don’t buy it!!!

Original review: This Pen writes inky black. Really easy to make wings. I don’t normally like pens. I won’t replace this when it’s gone but I will enjoy this for as long as possible. It seems like a high quality product.

This eyeliner is a marker-type felt tip. The colour is super black and it goes on very nice and smoothly.
My big issue with it is that if I’m not wearing eyeshadow the eyeliner does not stay in place. The line will still look ok, but a ton of it travels up into my crease. So if you always wear eyeshadow, it will def last 12+ hours. If you are like me and like to wear have eyeliner with no eyeshadow days I would skip this.
