I have this in Black and its in the baby pink packaging tube.
I love love love how the brush tip is thinner and more stiff than other brush tip eyeliners I’ve tried. Ive tried Mac Brushstroke, Signature de Chanel, Kat Von d, Heroine Kiss me. this Dolly Wink one beats them all. I have very oily eyelids that are semi monolids in an almond shape.
I love how this one is so easy to control, long lasting and the packaging is obviously super cute too. There’s nothing bad I can about this eyeliner other than it is hard to find in the US. I got mine on Yes style and I do see then at Japanese super markets but they charge a lot more than online. About 17$ in store and online its about 11-12$
This is perfect to do undetectable liner on the lashline. Its so pointy and thin, I can lightly dot it along the upper lash line and it gives a thicker lashline effect without actually lining on top of the lashes. This eyeliner can draw the thinniest and most precise lines ive ever experienced. Holy grail drugstore eyeliner. My other favorite is Dior Onstage but thats 30$. The reason i still like my Dior is because i can tightline with it for my upper lashline. I am unable to do so with the Dolly Wink.

I really liked this and it was so close to 5 lip pies for me. I had it in the dark brown shade and lime was super thin and easy to control. For reference, it’s a noticeably finer line than the KVD Tattoo liner. It is decently pigmented and my only gripe is that it seems to fade very quickly. By the end of a not particularly sweaty or strenuous day, it was practically gone. The tube dried up in about 2 months. For the price, about $14, I would actually buy again and probably will again soon. However, I’d like to try the K-palette liner next.

This is my second time trying this eyeliner & I’ve enjoyed it both times. I always thought the price was steep & that’s why it took me forever to get another one. When it comes to a precise winged liner, this eyeliner’s got everything I need! The black color creates a nice black pigmented line. I actually use a “Black” color instead of the “Deep Black,” and get a great color payoff. It’s easy to use when creating a thin line. I haven’t tried drawing a thick line, because that would require too much work & product. Therefore, I only use this eyeliner for creating a thin wing. Like I said, it’s perfect for creating a precise wing. I have no issue whatsoever when creating one. It’s a tiny brush but really easy to use. Lastly, the product doesn’t budge. You’ll need a little elbow grease to remove it. Meaning you’ll need a little more than just cleanser and water to remove this stuff. It’s excellent, I love it! My final verdict is to see how long this product will last before drying out. So far I’ve used it 4 times. Hoping it’ll last for awhile & if it does I’ll give it an A+++++
I did a try on and small review of it here: s

I had such high hopes for this eyeliner because of hearing so many people rave about it, but I was so disappointed. The colour payoff isn’t as great and it’s quite light. I do sometimes get a good line, but most of the time it’s too dry to work with and it’s not as dark as I would like it to be. I’ve also had this open for about a month but it’s gotten so dry. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I was a huge raving fan of Tsubasa not too long ago: I collected every product she put out.
This eyeliner pen has a sharp brush-tip that isn’t offered by many American eyeliners, which is perfect for my cat flicks! It handles Texas humidity pretty well too, and stays put throughout the day. The only downside I would say is that it’s not very BLACK, the way I like my black eyeliners (which is to say, soul-sucking from the depths of despair, fentablack). Either way, it’s a great day-to-day liner from a model who knows a thing or two about makeup!

OMG THE LOVE OF MY LIFE FOR MY OILY EYE LID
idk how the f this product survive on my oily eyelid, but this eyeliner is really great
a perfect black
doesn’t smear tru the day
i always have a great eyeliner day whenever i use this
price is quite expensive in my country but for how it does its job, so the price is reasonable imo (however, in japan it’s cheap, if you are in japan and wondering what product to try, try to purchase this, if you like it, go buy bulk it there)
packaging is adorable
i give up on my kvd eyeliner because of this product tbh

Awesome eyeliner! I bought the black liquid eyeliner and it does not smudge a bit. I wore it in the early morning and at night, it was still there, no smudge and the colour is still solid! It lasted the wholle dayyy!! The tips are good for my style of thin lines. Love this product. I wish they wouldn’t be so expensive here in Aussie.
Great eyeliner and I’ve been re-purchasing this a few times now. A bit expensive as in Australia I can only get it from an Asian make-up store and they charge like $22 Aud – $30Aud for this eyeliner. Back in Japan, it was only few bucks for this. 🙁

This doesn’t last all day for me (but in the 25+ years I’ve been wearing makeup, I’ve yet to find and eyeliner that lasts all day) but it’s not bad on top of a primer. The main draw of this eyeliner is its extremely thin tip, I’ve never come across a thinner one. I typically use Lancome’s Artliner but would probably repurchase this in the future to have options. I did NOT use this for tightlining so I can’t comment on its efficacy in that use, but I suspect it wouldn’t last well on me that way either.

Love this eyeliner.
It goes on very black and the thin brush is allows you to create smooth lines and thin winged liner sections.
The brush is firm but flexible so I find it super easy to draw a clean wing on my liner.
The formula is very long lasting and waterproof.
Have bought this again in black and am trying out the brown now.

I bought 2 of these when I was in Hong Kong and I was excited because Dolly Wink seems to be really popular when it comes to eye stuff (their mascaras and false lashes are super popular).
The applicator is a brush like the Kat Von D Tattoo Liner and the Clio Kill Black. Really easy to get a sharp, fine-tipped wing if you’re into that. However, there are several reasons why I rated it so low. First, it’s not that black, more like a grey or dark grey. It’s even worse at the end of the day when it mostly fades away. Second, when I try to go over a line again, the brush actually lifts some of the product off! So weird, the other brush liners I use don’t do that. Lastly, it dries out fast. I still use my Kat Von D liner months later but the Dolly Wink seems to have mostly dried in a few weeks. I thought I had a dud but the second one I had behaved the exact same way.
I gave it two stars rather than one because of the applicator, but to be honest, there are many many liners out there with a brush applicator so it’s not unique to Dolly Wink in any way. I’m going to stick with Kat Von D and Clio.
