This is a twist-up type of eyeliner, with a little inbuilt tip sharpener at the other end. It’s a gel based formula, and goes on creamy with good colour payoff. Where these excel is in lining the waterline – I was impressed by just how good this was at staying in place.
Even using contact lens drops, it won’t budge. As a bonus, it is relatively inexpensive too.
Update 12/7/18:
Be careful to always retract the pencil core inside the cartridge when not in use, and ensure the lid is securely fitted and covering the pencil tip. This is very much a gel liner in stick format. I didn’t push the lid back on far enough last time and it fell off at some point within my bag, and now the pencil core is completely dried out. It’s scratchy and is too dry to leave a defined line on the back of my hand, never mind my eyelid! So just take care over this so you don’t render it unusable like I did.

Finally the perfect gel eye pencil! The first I bought was too hard, the second too soft. This one, well take a guess! And it stays on like it’s supposed to.

It can hold up in a shower or a pool. It can cook you breakfast, no it can’t cook you breakfast, but I might as well say it can.
