This is literally my everyday shadow! I apply it as a wash all over my lid and go, great for an instant brightening pick-me-up. True to description, this is a shimmery champagne gold. The shimmer is delicate and not overwhelming (like you may automatically think a metallic may be).
As you might expect, it’s not groundbreaking, but it’s definitely interesting. It’s nice to have a naturally blending soap that’s totally organic, without the foul odour of the waxy liquid.
And as I mentioned before, this is gorgeous as is. The airily creamy brushed toner and lukewarm sense of scent are definitely how I prefer it, even while applying these cleanser jars.

Yep. Absolutely metallic to me. It’s a totally nice combination and you don’t need to be a super-organic person to appreciate its gleaming brilliance. It’s almost like I’m almost reaching for Audrey Hepburn in a coconut chowder.
How does that make you feel? It feels like a crushing industrial explosion, because it’s just beginning. You don’t know what’s going to happen but there’s a body reaction you just didn’t expect.

Gold Dust is described on the Bobbi Brown website as “shimmering champagne gold.” That is very accurate. It is quite light and makes a nice base or lid color. Very beautiful. Bobbi Brown’s metallic shadows are shimmery but not overpowering with the frost. I like them very much.
