I’ve tried several micellar waters now…Bioderma, this one, the coconut Yes To version, two of the Garniers, both the Simple ones plus the Simple micellar wipes, Pacifica, etc.
This one’s…okay. It’s better than the Yes To Coconut version at makeup removal, though I don’t wear long-wearing/waterproof formulas so I can only attest to its competence at removing regular makeup.
As someone else said, it is ‘filmy’ or ‘tacky’ on the skin, to the point that I often rinse my face with water after, somewhat defeating the one-step point of micellar waters. It’s not AS sticky as the coconut version, though.
I do have sensitive skin. I often have red patches on both cheeks next to my nose/under my eyes and on my forehead/between my eyebrows. Many things flare them up and make them sting. This water does not seem to irritate them, but it also does not soothe or reduce them. But, well, it doesn’t CLAIM to make existing damage go away, it only claims to ‘help prevent irritation’, so maybe it did that.
It’s very inexpensive for the amount you get and can often be found at TJ Maxx, at least in 2018/2019, for even less.
I’m thankful it’s not irritating and removes makeup, but I really get sketched out by how filmy my face feels afterwards unless I reclean it, so for that reason I wouldn’t repurchase. I specifically use micellar water to cut down on my process; I don’t want a multistep product.
My favorites so far are the two Simple LIQUID formulas (the wipes are hot trash) and the Bioderma Sensibio. But this formula is better than the Garniers!

I’ve tried a lot of micellar waters, and while this isn’t the best, it is a good affordable, cruelty-free option that’s pretty widely available. I have sensitive, rosacea-prone skin, and in the past I had a really bad experience with Simple micellar water giving me a bad rosacea flare and LRP micellar water making my skin super-dry and flaky, so I tend to be kinda careful now when buying them. The formula is gentle on the skin, but it does remove long-wearing face makeup and regular mascara pretty well; I don’t wear WP mascara so I haven’t tried it with that. I love the packaging with the pump, and definitely think that the presentation alone makes it worth the price difference compared to other brands. Overall, this is a winner for me since I stopped using Garnier, and I will almost definitely repurchase it.

Functions perfectly fine as a micellar water but gets a little too tacky on my skin after it dries. It’s not the best price for how much you get compared to other brands, but at least I didn’t find it irritating, so that low bar is essentially cleared . . . While I like that the pump lets you “measure” how much you use, it can squirt all over the place if you’re not careful.
