I ran into this product accidentally on a duty free shop while crossing the border. Because I’d forgotten my primer at home, I just decided to try out a cheap one thinking I would use it a few days. Well, I was totally wrong.
It really creates a blur effect, covers pores so well! Blends in, has a bit of color that seems to also go well with any kind of foundation. So, it is magique indeed!
Sad news is I am about to run out of this and I don’t know where to find it anymore!

I absolutely love this product – it does exactly what it says it does. It blurs all your imperfections and makes your makeup look flawless. I get so many compliments on my makeup whenever I wear this and would definitely re-purchase this product. I haven’t noticed it making my makeup lasting any longer than usual when I use this so I usually put a normal primer underneath this however this prodect is not made to keep your makeup on longer, it is meant to blur your imperfections which it does an amazing job of doing. It is quite pricy for a drugstore product but it is so worth it and would pay a lot more for it if I had to.

Wouldn’t recommend. It didn’t make my foundation go on smoother nor make it last as long as it usually does, it also rubbed off and separated on my nose. Also I find to be a bit expensive for a drugstore product.

my sister wasn’t fond of this, so she gave it to me – and in turn… i wasn’t too fond of it either? my thinking is that the product may be old, so that contributed to it kind of… sucking. but it didn’t really make my makeup last any longer, but it did feel really nice on the skin. mmmaybe i’ll give it another shot in the future? who knows?

I LOVE this product. I’ve tried other pore fillers (both high end and drugstore) hut this one wins hands down. I don’t have a lot of texture on my skin but this has done a great job of filling my larger pores on my nose and cheeks near my nose. I was worried about the color being too dark as I’m very pale but it blends in seamlessly. It layers wonderfully underneath BB, CC and foundations and does not look cakey at all. Will definitely buy again and highly recommend.

I LOVE THIS!!! I was left extremely textured skin after having acne for five years, whatever makeup i would use ended up looking disgusting on my face. But when i tried this, and for the fun of it i also tried combining this with another primer – the results were amazig!!! My pores are smooth and my foundation/powder doesnt cling onto my horrible texture. Give this a try!

This is hands down THE BEST drugstore pore-filling primer out there. It’s a 100% dupe for Benefit’s Porefessional and it’s only a fraction of a price! Better than NYX, Maybelline, Rimmel, you name it.
It’s available in two shades – light to medium and medium to dark. Since it barely provides any coverage and is not really meant to be used as a stand alone product but more as a makeup base, they are quite interchangeable (unless you are extremely fair or extremely dark).
This is good for filling enlarged pores, fine lines, smoothing out the skin’s surface, mattifying the skin, prepping it for applying base makeup. It is amazing at smoothing out skin to the extent where I have no problem getting rid of flaking with this, my makeup lasts longer, foundation sticks to this as to glue, my t-zone does not shine as much and this is just extremely lovely. And since you need just a tiny bit of product to cover up your entire face the tube really lasts a long time!
I love this SO much that I use this on myself, almost all my clients AND have 6 backups at the moment because this is really worth not every penny, but I would actually pay more if I needed to (provided it didn’t cost as much as Benefit).

100% dupe for benefit porefessional. Actually, IMO this performs BETTER, and it’s only like $20 for 25ml! The benefit is $51 for 20ml! If you are looking to try porefessional, or if you just don’t want to waste money, buy this instead!

I bought this without actually knowing what it was meant to do…..but had seen one of my friends incorporate it into her make-up routine so decided to try it out. I’m not actually sure how much this retails for as it was on a 2 for 1 offer in Boots so can’t comment on pricing accurately. Now to the actual review……..I still don’t know what this product is or its purpose but I’ve been using it under my make-up as a primer for about 3 months now. It does make my foundation glide on smoothly but other than that, nothing else! I use setting sprays so in terms of the product prolonging my make-up, I honestly don’t wanna give it that credit as it could be a combination of different things. Packaging is alright but the product comes out funny and the tube is quite hard and requires squeezing more than is necessary. I do like the texture of product and maybe if I figure out the exact purpose of this product I might actually like it better but as for now, I will not be repurchasing!

Background of my face:
My shade in MAC is NC42. My face gets a bit oily in the T-zone in the winter, but very oily in the summer. I don’t have active blemishes, but I have a few scars on my cheeks. I have blackheads on my nose, and visible pores close to my nose/cheek area. My current face routine, which is suuuper simple, consists of only cleansing with the Garnier Pure Active Fruit Energy Gel Scrub, moisturizing, applying a sun screen (Garnier Amber Solaire Protection Lotion SPF 50), and applying Tea Tree Oil to blemishes i THINK will cause disaster on my face.

So to the review. The first four to six times I used this product it really looked like my pores dissappeard. Everything looked perfect with the flawless foundation on top of it and it made the areas with pores matte (just for the first few hours). I don’t know why, but I stopped using the product for some weeks (maybe I forgot I had it, I’m not sure) and when I came back to it, my earlier experience was not the case this time.
Nothing really changed in my eyes when I used this primer. Yes, it made the foundation application smoother, baby smooth and velvety actually, but it was just an unnecessary extra layer of product on my face. My pores did not dissappear or anything. I thought about throwing it out, but the fact that it didn’t break me out at all changed my mind. So I have infact used up everything in the tube, but..
Would I purchase this again or reccommend it? No. Other than the product being meeh and bleh, the packaging is super cute and the whole squeezy-tube concept is mess-free and super convenient. Allthough squeezing out the product CAN be a bit frustrating as the tube kind of ‘spits’ out the product in small chuncks. But I honestly didn’t mind that.
