I bought this product from Amazon for $10.00. I was quite curious about the cooling aspect of the powder. NO JOKE! This powder feels like it’s WET when applied and I actually get a kick out of that! On a hot, summer morning, applying this cool powder is heavenly! Talk about finely milled, too! I don’t use the brush that came with it, though. Just too small for me. One thing you have to be careful about is the fact that due to it being so finely milled, it will POUR OUT if you’re not careful. Just tap the amount you want inside the cap and use that portion. That seems to work for me. I’m really happy I added this powder to my arsenal!

LOVE IT!!! I really love this stuff! It doubles as entertainment with young daughters or any kids! The coverage is sheer and buildable, but just like all pigment-containing products (powder or liquid), the more you put on, the more coverage, the more obvious it is & probably cakey. I let some imperfections shine so as not to inflame jealousies among other women (just kidding). The finish is slighy dewy and not ultra matte. Medium is solid neutral for light-to-medium but too light for true medium/tan skin. It appears just a tiny bit lighter than seen through the container. But read on!
It has this enchanting sensation of brushing cool, micro droplets of water over your skin, but doesn’t look the least bit wet or pill/clump. It’s just this calming, cool, mentally distracting brush of makeup powder. The feel is so downright fun, my 9 year old daughter & I brushed a hefty dose on each other before washing it off on night, both of us unable to stop remarking on how it felt. Lemme tell ya, if you don’t like it as a product, you can have some fun brushing it on the faces and arms of kids you’re hanging out with. Totally worth checking out since if you don’t like the product for coverage, you can dazzle people with it.

I was incredibly disappointed in this product. I have always had a lot of luck with mineral makeup and this one really flopped. I have tend to have dry skin when I apply powders and since this one hydrates I thought I would give it a try. In the container it looks like a regular powder and once applied it has a very sheer finish and felt wet. I figured it was the ‘aqua’ factor and when I was applying it I noticed small specks of shimmer all over my face. I figured MAYBE the ‘aqua-ness’ was little micro beads of moisture and once they absorbed into my face that they would vanish. I was wrong, there is shimmery bits all over my face and I really hate how it looks. After applying it my face feels almost sticky but just enough to prevent you from touching your face which is incredibly annoying.
So far it has lasted quite well though the day and with my extremely sensitive skin I haven’t noticed any negative repercussions.
I’m the kind of person that hates to throw product away so I will try to find an alternative way to use this shimmer powder or maybe gift it to someone.

I’ve been using this for a year and i love it! I always use this after i apply my foundation to get a glowing finish look without need to take too much time on doing my makeup to go to collage. It also works well for my oily skin.

I don’t even know what to say about this product. I don’t get it. Sometimes I wear it after my foundation especially during summer to give it an extra glow look and I like the result. This is the only reason why I gave it a 3 out of 5. Would I repurchase it? Absolutely not. But since I hate throwing products away, I’m trying to figure out a way to use it.

Awful…goes on feelin wet n clay-like….25.00 purchase n will never use again

So I actually bought this ages ago and I used the little applicator brush and HATED it. I hated that it felt like it turned clay-y once it contacted my skin which I guess would be cool if it didn’t turn me off completely. So, I gave it to my mom and she hated it so end of that.
Well, rummaging through her junk makeup I found this and I’m out of setting powder, I usually use Physician’s Formula translucent powder, and decided to try it once again now that I’m a little more mature make up wise and better apt to apply it.
So I put BB cream on, then wet n wild cheapo foundation on the spots that need a little extra coverage and took a flat top foundation brush and applied this powder. I didn’t feel that odd ‘wet’ sensation and it helped boost the coverage pretty well. I will use this in place of my other powder until it runs out.
I can’t speak for the amount of coverage, this product by itself, but I don’t think it would do that well. Not compared to other foundations and I don’t see it being buildable without feeling built up….if that makes sense.
ALL IN ALL,
there are better foundations out there, I wouldn’t buy this again but it’s sufficient for how I use it.

I’ve been looking for a loose powder to try and i generally like revlons products so i gave this a whirl. The first thing i noticed when i put it on was a faint wet feeling? I thought it was my brush that was wet but it turns out it was the powder. I found that to be really weird but i guess that’s why it’s called “aqua mineral”. In comparison to my old compressed foundation it did help to keep my makeup in place thourough out the day. However, I feel like it had little to no coverage and was not worth the $13.xx i paid for it. Probably wouldn’t get it again. Bit too pricy for what it does or rather doesn’t do.

I bought this on a whim, because Shoppers was out of the foundation I was using at the time. I tried this even with a primer, and it was shit. There was absolutely ZERO coverage, even with a primer on. And it gave me this weird, cool, wet feeling on my skin as soon as I swiped it on with the brush. I don’t get it. It was such a waste of money because it wasn’t entirely cheap… it has literally been sitting in my cabinet for over a year and I haven’t touched it. In fact i’m just going to chuck in the garbage. This was a total fail.

I really like this product & prefer it over all the other drugstore brands powder. It gives the coverage I need without caking & gives me a beautiful glow. I have the “Light” & it’s the perfect shade for my skin tone. The pros are that it’s good value for money, the coverage is decent & it stays most of the day without touch ups. The cons are that the packaging is bulky as hell which means u can’t carry it around unless u have a backpack..this will not fit into your clutch or small purse & that means no touch ups on the go. That’s it. 1 con. I would definitely buy this again.
