I finally figured out this has been irritating my skin after a patch test. I’m sure it won’t be a problem for everyone, but I think sensitive types should test it before showering with it. This product was average, so it’s not a huge loss that I can’t use it. I initially was drawn to the fragrance, which is a sweet shea butter smell. I have a fine hair texture, but I also have a ton of long, straight hair with dry ends. I still had difficulty with combing it out after showers (=breakage), knots, and this didn’t keep frizz down during humid days. The cap on the bottle also trapped water. I could shave alright with this, but its thick texture made the shower slippery and possibly dulled my razor. I later tried Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal Conditioner for a while and had way more hair growth, so I don’t think this conditioner was great for my hair health either.

This broke me out badly all over my chest, back and the sides of my face/neck. The big cystic looking bumps took weeks to get rid of and the scars took months to fade. Obviously this won’t happen to everyone, I think something in It just doesn’t agree with my skin. It is very thick almost like a body butter and the packaging makes it hard to use it the shower. It smells very strong like Shea butter scent. It was average in terms of moisturizing my hair but left my hair greasier than usual.

This is a similar conditioner to the Whole Blends in Coconut Oil and Shea Butter, very average, very hard to get off my hair, it made it soft, smell is nice and soothing but my hair is still frizzy and not as shiny as I thought it was going to be, not much to be said, pretty average, I wish the product was as great as the design and the graphics on the bottle.
Edit: Retried and I had better luck this time, still adore the smell and the way my hair feels, very conditioned, I didn’t have any problems it washing it out, leaves my hair super shiny and healthy looking.

A Meh product.. I´ve tried all the products in the range (hair mask the worst thing ever, it weighs down the hair and makes the shower floor slippery. Like putting vaseline in the hair). This conditioner will soften the hair somewhat and the scent is okey, but its like a thinned out version of the mask. Ugggghhh vaseline hair.

Thick, rich (but not too heavy or oily) conditioner. Leaves my hair silky and soft. Love the very subtle scent, too. Will def be trying a shampoo in Garnier’s Whole Blends line.

I like the scent of this but that’s about it. It didn’t smooth or soften my colored hair at all. I still had to use leave-in conditioner.

So I had to write a review about this conditioner. I only use the conditioner of this and a different shampoo. My hair is always poofy and frizzy when I let it air dry. But with this conditioner it’s shiny and doesn’t get all ugly and frizzy like usual, and very soft and tangle free. I’m loving it. I have a lot of thick wavy hair, I don’t have curls though. For someone with fine hair this might weigh you down if you use too much. But really is amazing to me and I’m so happy I tried it. It works better than the shea butter deep mask in this same line. I like that one too but it seems to make my hair feel harder and thicker and this one makes it feel silkier. The smell is good to me, I mean its not the best conditioner smell in the world but it smells like Victoria’s Secret amber romance body spray imo. But it’s not overpowering in the slightest and enjoyable. I have the whole blends coconut oil shampoo and conditioner and I hated that one. Again I’ve never used the shampoo in this this scent so I don’t know if it’s any good, but the conditioner is very very good!!

I absolutely adored this at first. Loved the price, the scent and how it it added so much softness and shine to my hair. Over time, I realized it wasn’t doing enough to tame frizz (and possibly exacerbating it). I am now using L’Oreal Total Repair 5 with somewhat better results.

I don’t think this conditioner does much for my hair. Sure, my hair feels more nourished than without any conditioner at all, but other than that – meh. I even think it weighs my hair down a little. I’m not too impressed with the smell either, I agree that it has more of a honey/vanilla smell when using it in the shower. Wouldn’t recommend buying this.

The conditioner smells better than the shampoo but after styling, i felt like it weighed my fine but lots of it hair down. I could also still smell the shampoo, which is overpowering. This line isnt bad but i wouldnt divert from my daily routine for it.
EDIT: I bought just the conditioner (shampoo smells too strong) and I will say that it does a good job after one use of making your hair feel a bit “repaired” but after a week of continued use – I had to stop using it. My hair was getting weighed down too much. I also started to get bothered by the honey smell – which started to smell more like Vanilla Fields perfume than honey. Won’t repurchase – and back to using my HG conditioner, HE Hello Hydration.
