I got this from Ulta (shampoo & conditioner) for about $10 because they redid the packaging for it. Really good deal! The shampoo and conditioner is pretty good, I have bleached ends and I wash my hair about every other day or every two days and my hair feels great. Usually my hair gets really greasy and weighed down if I don’t clean it daily but because of my new hair do, I’ve had to back off. My ends aren’t horrible, they feel really nice, and my hair isn’t weighed down or greasy after a day. To me this is a great product and I’d buy again 🙂

I could go on all day about how much I love this product…I love the entire line in fact! I have bleached my hair literally for years and years, but about 3years ago I had some hormonal issues that caused my hair to become very dry. I continued, like a dummy, to bleach my roots and over time I had breakage to the point that I had to cut my waist length hair into a pixie cut. (There are pics in my MUA profile). I loved my new do, but I was very very sad, and mad at myself for damaging my air so badly…so I went on a quest to get it healthy and grow it back out. My stylist suggested this conditioner along with the corresponding shampoo and a few styling products. It was pricey, but I bit the bullet and soon I had a bagful of products I was convinced wouldn’t work. (I was just sure nothing would work at that point). So you can imagine my delight the first time I washed and conditioned my hair with them and immediately noticed a change in the coarse texture and an increase in my hair’s moisture. Over time it stifled the breakage, made my hair shiny, and it grew like crazy because it was healthy. That’s a huge order to fill considering the heat nightmare I put it thru almost daily! I adore the smell…its seriously sweet, like somewhere between flowers and candy I kid you not…but if you’re not a fan of strongly scented products, you may hate it as it does linger a while (and all the styling products have that same sweet scent). It does seem pricey at first but it’s concentrated so a little goes a VERY long way, and it actually turns out cheaper than a lot of drugstore brands because it lasts so very long! To this day, when I do my “rotation” and take the necessary temporary break from it, I’m always looking forward to when I can begin using it again! Also, it definitely works best when used with the S-Factor smoothing shampoo, they’re formulated specifically to work together. I never use the word miracle when it comes to beauty products because I HATE hype…but this conditioner and shampoo truly did work a miracle on my mane and its long, thick and soft once again!

Ohhhhh yaaaa! Bring it humidity!! I use this conditioner when I straighten my curly hair and it really locks in the moisture. It locks it in so much that it weighs down my hair if I use it for when I wear my hair curly. I’m not a fan of the partner shampoo. The shampoo has too much perfume or detergent and makes my scalp red and itchy. But the conditioner is awesome!

I am new to using the S Factor line. I have super thick hair with old color and highlights I’m trying to grow out so it is pretty damaged on the ends. I only put this from my ears down so I don’t use as much. The smell is great — kinda fruity and sweet. Rinses clean with no residue or coating in the hair. I ordered mine from Amazon at a decent price, I’d never pay full price esp for those small ass bottles. I don’t really like the packaging, bottles slip out of my hands in the shower and it pisses me off. Aside from that, I’d buy it again anyway. 🙂

Love it! Smells amazing and i got a 750ml bottle with a pump. It makes my hair so soft and glossy. If i do straighten my hair it is much faster as my hair just behaves better. I leave it in for five minutes and use the smoothing shampoo also and my hair looks and smells like ive just walked out a salon. Would def recommend whilst its expensive going for a larger size and going via ebay gets amazing deals.

What I first noticed about this product was that it smelled quite nice, albeit strong. When I applied it to my hair, however, I realized that the smell was *too strong* for me (most perfumes give me a headache), but even worse it made my skin really itch!! And it was not like my skin was coated by this product; it barely touched it. My skin is a little sensitve but not hypersensitive, so if you have sensitive skin I would steer away from this. The consistency of the product is quite thick, so it was not too easy to spread it in my dry, coarse hair. Also, the packaging *sucks*! The design is sleek but… the “bottle” is very huge and almost flat. What bothered me the most, however, was how hard it is to get the product of the bottle. I really had to squeeze it (even though there were by no means little product left), which was difficult because the bottle is, um, flat. On the positive side though it did make my hair smoother and more manageable (…yeet it didn’t make it smooth enough).
Bottom line: Will definitely not repurchase. Might be nice for people who love strong smells, don’t have sensitive skin and coarse hair and have strong hands.

I love this conditioner. I use it in conjunction with the smoothing shampoo and it works for me. Fist off I have fine (but lots of it) dyed, dry hair that reaches the middle of my back. I find this conditioner really thick and gorgeous and it doesnt take much product to condition all my hair, a little really goes a long way. I leave it on for 3-5 minutes and the result I get is beautifully hydrated, soft, shiny, strawberry scented hair. My hair looks and feels so much healthier and glossy after a month of using this combo.
The price tag is pretty hefty, but I buy my S-Factor products for a great price online…still a little expensive, but a little goes a long way . As with all products I buy online, I went to a salon after receiving them just to have a look and a smell at the products in salon to make sure the ones I bought were original. I recommend doing that, just to be safe.
The shampoo and conditioner is lasting me a while so it works out cheaper in the long run. I wouldnt pay full price for this though because the price is just freaking ridiculous. I think its WORTH the full price, but I wouldnt pay it because its just too expensive. Yay for cheap online deals!!

A great conditioner that does exactly what it says – smooths. Smells great and works fabulously when used as a leave in too 🙂 Would definitely purchase again !

Mixed comments on this one –
Pros: Moisturising, calms frizzies, great scent (I really loved it when I first used it), is now available in 750ml pump bottles at much more reasonable prices.
Cons: Like others have said, it caused breakouts on my back, is still comparatively expensive, and I also found that it created buildup in my hair.
Overall, I won’t be buying again – as much as I loved it at first, there are other conditioners available at a cheaper price that deliver results and don’t make me break out.

Love this line! It calms down the frizzies and leaves my damaged, color treated hair smooth and manageable. Product is super concentrated, so it will last longer than you think. WTHBS, this is a super expensive line. I am seriously considering whether I can afford to keep buying it. UPDATE: They are starting to carry this in larger sizes and at discounted prices online. S Factor is my go-to line now that I can get it at a discount.
