I got the shampoo and conditioner after one of my hair products gave me an itchy break out. I wanted to go on a hair “detox” to eliminate whatever was causing it. I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now. It’s just okay. (I like the shampoo better) The conditioner is thick and has very little slip. You have to kind of “pat” it onto the hair to make sure all the strands are coated. It rinses nicely and did leave my hair conditioned. Not silky soft but soft enough, clean, and manageable. I may use another conditioner on my ends, not near my scalp, as I use up this bottle. This alone won’t be enough conditioning if you need a lot of moisture. My scalp and skin are not irritated at all by it. The back of my neck is not angry and red anymore! So that’s very good. I’d buy it again, but I’m still looking for alternative fragrance free conditioner. I like that I can get this in my local CVS. I don’t like having to order hair products online. Good to have, but it’s like medicine for my skin, not great conditioner.
