If you need a serious conditioner, this is not it. My hair is a bit dried out from years of coloring and I have a lot of fly-always. I was going on a trip and decided to bring a sample of this conditioner with me instead of the Amika repair conditioner (The Kure) that I normally use. The Ghost conditioner was totally inadequate for me and I needed anti-frizz cream plus gel plus spray to get it to behave. Maybe if you have never colored your hair and it is straight and you just need some detangling, the Ghost will work for you, but if you need anything more, leave it on the shelf.
