I didn’t even think it was possible to dislike a shampoo and conditioner so much. I have naturally fine hair, but a good amount of it. I got this as a sample so thankfully I didn’t spend money on it but it’s awful! It left my hair with the grossest, most tangled texture of all time. It gives your hair that almost dry-sticky feeling you get on spots if you fail to wash product out all of the way, but all of this product was definitely rinsed out so I have no idea why it felt so horribly. It also managed to stay weirdly tangled no matter how many times I brushed it, like I had been stuck in a permanent wind storm or something. I just hate it.

I needed a new conditioner and bought this based on the positive online reviews despite it being sold online only and not being able to sample it beforehand. I flipped the top open and it smelled strong, but tried the conditioner anyways against my better judgment. Many reviewers commented that this conditioner smells good, but to me it’s a nauseating cloying mixture of strong floral and tropical fruit. It felt very lightweight and detangling in and out of the shower, but after I blowdried my hair it was frizzy and poofy. All volumizing conditioners are drying to a degree, but this one made my hair particularly dry. The flip top packaging was also very flimsy feeling and nearly broke after a few openings and closings. I can’t wait to return this and wash my hair again to get this disgusting headache inducing scent out of my hair and house!
