I’ve always had good luck with CoverGirl concealers. I found this for dirt cheap at Big Lots and I really like it. The texture is kind of thin and I need at least two layers to properly cover my dark circles and forehead pimples. It looks smooth and natural and I like the fuzzy flat tip applicator. I have light skin and have had no issue with this turning orange on me but your mileage may vary.

I am nw 15/20 cool toned light. Even the lightest shade which is fair is too dark. This turns slightly orange as well. Good coverage though but it’s for darker skinned tones if you want to bother trying it.
